The judgement is really fine ,though it should be the lesson for those who distrubing publics for political issues.the judgement must be implemented without any mercy.
Good judgement though belated. The souls of the innocent young girls must rest in peace now. All the further appeals of the convicts must be rejected bt the higher courts and the sentences should be executed. Then only it will be a lesson for all the filthy politicians who obstruct social lives for petty personal reasons. There are many more such cases all over India including TN. When they will be concluded? In a way I am happy that ruling party expedites cases against opposition & vice versa when the power is transferred. This is Indian style of democracy. At least this way all cases involving partymen can be resolved soon when the parties rule the states alternatively. Keep it up... Jai Hind
For crimes like murder , the courts should award death penalty without any exfception; because the society is more important than individuals . If bu driver kills a single individual or a few persons while tryig tho avoid large crowd of people , it is lawful.similarly it should be perfectly right to kill offenders of heinous crimes like murder in order the protect the innocents .It is the duty of the state to eliminate dangerous murdeerers from the sopciety in order to enable the innocent law-abiding citizens to live in peace and safety.some people have misunderstood the very concepot of punishments .they say that the offenders should be awarded only reformatory punishments and not killed .This concept lacks understating of he very concepot of reformation .The concept should reallymean ha he punishment should be so exemplary that no criminal intention is harboured by any individual in th society .It shoud be by way of reforming the society and not the indidividual who is not as important as the society and its welfare the safety of the society is nmore iomportant and the punisment should not be of the charcter of encouraging others also to commit such crimes under crtain cercumstances . Good conduct is ensure and arises only on the foundation of fear of punishments .Removin punishments eleimiates fear .Lessor punishment for hienous cromes is a reward to the ariminal who is maintained and fed in good health and comfort for committtin serious crimes at eh cost of the society and it is simply idiotic and administratively imprudent . Deterant punishments alone deter people from crime .that is why they are known as deterent punishments .But now a days the criminals seem to enjoy a moe comfortable life and than th elaw abiding citizesna dn it seem that it would be more profitable and comfortable to become a criominal than to be a law -abiding citizen.so it is simply ididotic to do away with capital punishments .In fact it should be extended to offences like rape and sexual harassments and corruption by Public men, officials and public servants
An excellent and bold judgment . Hats off to the judge !. Let this be a lesson to all political goons. For those who oppose death penalty ,will they plead for them in the same vain if they kth and kin are brutally murdered for no fault of them.My only prayer is eminet jurist/ self proclaimed human right activists should not plead for their cases for the sake of money and get their acquittalin the higher courts.Media should be watch ful on this like Jessica murder case.In our corrupt society anything can happen. No wonder if those culprits become our Honble Ministers tomorrow by our faulty electrol system. It is a slap on the face for JJ. She should have expressed atleast comtempt for the shameful incidence of burning those girls. But she tried to protect them. She even asked the authories to remove any signs of memorials for the girls at TNAU. So self-centered. We should blame the people first. They elected her even after this incident. Though delayed, I am happy that justice is rendered. Let it be done immediately.
