This kind of comment made by Sri Manjunath will create problems for Karnataka people living in other states. I think Manjunath should behave in a mature manner and think positive things instead of shooting trouble for his own state people. Immigration check is mandatory to curb terrorism and other destructive activities against our country. Bangalore is a very important international city and it really needs protection. I request Bangalore city Police to be extra vigilant to ensure peace and harmony in this place.

Karnataka has been polluted by people from other states, especially mallus. Wherever mallus go, they spread like a cancer, like bed bugs, like crows. They buy a house in Karnataka & proudly say they are from Karnataka. If a mallu is a Kannadiga, then it is a shame to all Kannadigas. Mr. Manjunath, please go ahead & do something to save the prestige of Karnataka & Kannadigas.
There are many non-Kannada people who come here in search of a job as well. I hope the govt here will put a check on this as well to control the inflow of people in Bangalore city.

Plz Guys...don%u2019t divide India more...it%u2019s already divided and we young people should be united for not dividing it more. Bangalore or Kashmir, all are integral part of our country. You can stop the natural right of the people of Karnataka. They have all the right to demand the major share in the employment. Who are we to stop them ? c'mon grow up and stop this type of abusive practie. If they can find KA people temporarily they fill in vancancies till the rightful candidate comes up.

Instead of checking the influx of people coming for jobs in IT companies, the government can ban IT companies to recruit people. This will make IT companies seek better places and shift from Bangalore, hence it works out as win-win situation both for the Companies as well as people of Karnataka. I am very happy in Pune :)

Milan, Before IT revolution Bangalore was a simple city. After IT revolution, people started coming from all over India and made it corrupt and high prices. Per se Bangalore people cannot afford paying bribes. It is the other state people who for getting their work done created the corruption. Else pensioners paradise was a simple city with simple thoughts. Even now the people of KA are most accomodating and allow all nationals along with them. Don't throw stones to a ditch, chances of slush falling on you are more.

To do that first stop learning/spking hindi since u guys speak hindi why should others learn kannada look at ur neighbouring states all are forced to learn local language(atleast a few words if not be an expert) because locals speak only their mother tongue.

i leave in Muscat and I am from bangalore. I have a valid visa and I am here working for one of royal families heading there asset management department. Bangalore govt while trying to scan all those who would return back from gulf they should take serious action against those agencies through whom these people have been cheated and if required should cancell their license to operate their bsuiness. The crime in Oman is close to zero, simplly because everyone is scared to commit a crime looking at the consequence. At the same time people who are clean are treated very honorably. All this gimcks to scan people, scan forgein student will only give a good feeling to the people of bangalore and india and nothing as a result. Get to the fundamentals of the problem seize it. make it so severe that no one dares to attemtp the crime again. good luck anyway for the good start.
