These leftists are good for nothing they are against anything which upholds indian culture. They are stalling every move that government makes for the progress of country.Swami ramdev is not a religious leader even then if the people from across the country are coming out in his support it means that he is doing something commendable. If swamis medicines are adulturated n need to be banned then these leftists are the worst adulturation to indian politics n should be done away with
Well! I have seen this guy on TV. He does a very good job in raising awareness abt day to day health issues. Well this saves money for the govt. Less ill people means less pressure on gov health machinery. But at the same time we all have seen con men dressed in saffron. But I dont believe that medicines contain human or animal trace. What is the need for anybody to put that into any medicine? You can just give harmless powder claiming it to cure cancer.
I am not a fan of Swami Ramdev. I am a qualified medical officer who has been practicing and preaching Pranayama for the last couple of years on my cardiac patients. Several of them have been benefited immensely, to the extent, the lesions of the patients who were on medication that were seen before had cleared significantly after institution of Pranayama therapy. In fact, a group from Jaslok Hospital Mumbai has scientifically studied the effects of Yoga and Pranayama on cardiac patients and has opined that the effects are significant and beneficial. Journal of Association of Physicians of India (Apr 2004 issue) gives details of the project. Not only cardiac but also patients of respiratory and psychiatric disorders benefit from Pranayama.
Hence irrespective of who says what, Pranayama is beneficial to patients as well as normal individuals who practice the same regularly. As far as animal products in the preparations from his laboratory are concerned, as already stated by the union health minister, a team from Uttaranchal will look into the veracity of the findings by a private team on the samples collected by Brinda Karat and co.
