I would like to be recommended from your esteemed and spiritual institution about the pain which i am suffering from the last 25 years . The pain starts from slip disc and continues till bottom .

Guru Ramdev maharaj! I am from Nepal and a one of the devotee of your's. What ever you teached yoga to us they are incredible and no doubt techniques but still i am getting problem. The Problem is of my short height. My age: 22 years old Sex : Male Current Height: 5 feet (nearly) = 4.11 feet
With deep heart of request and devotional feeling, please please let me know the most effictive way for my height increment technique via yoga or prefer medicine but any way i should increase my height. All of my frien are tall and nice looking but i am the one single in my class with short height and i belong to poor family so i don't money to buy equipment and medicines so taking these things conider let me know and help and get rid of this problem.
