Why did he martyr himself and for what?

The country is being sold to to foreigners as we read this article!

The lady who is all powerful in India is from Italy!

Whatever is left will be sold to the foreigners by the banias exactly like the country was sold to the British one province at a time by the banias 300 years ago!!

SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE POLITICIANS INSTEAD..THE BLOOD SUCKING THIEVES
by Proud Hindustani on Jul 31, 2008 10:12 PM  Permalink

WASHINGTON - Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates says that even winning the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan will not end the "Long War" against violent extremism and that the fight against al-Qaeda and other terrorists should be the nation's top military priority over coming decades, according to a new National Defense Strategy he approved last month.

The strategy document, which has not been released, calls for the military to master "irregular" warfare rather than focusing on conventional conflicts against other nations, though Gates also recommends partnering with China and Russia in order to blunt their rise as potential adversaries. The strategy is a culmination of Gates's work since he took over the Pentagon in late 2006 and spells out his view that the nation must harness both military assets and "soft power" to defeat a complex, transnational foe.

Death of a soldier
by Abhik RayChaudhury on Jul 31, 2008 09:53 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is a good sign that our soldiers are receiving the attention they deserve, specially from the media and perhaps the politicians. Historically, all the gains our slodiers achieved for the country in different wars, the politicians diluted or completely negated them in no time, sometime at the cost of national security!! Wars of 1948, 1965 and 1971 are glaring examples. We must shake off our pacifist attitude and highlight our military and its rich history to the youth. In a country where role models are only few in supply, the military can easily fullfil that spot better than any.

Thanks Rediff for sharing these image and stories..Ye this is a real sacrifice for the country and he deserves the official last salute..The channels were busy showing the death of a singer Ishmeet and none showed the last rites of late Ajit..
Even a few showed the live ceremony of that and the state honors were given to him..I fail to understand are singers so important for India??or its soldiers who are away from fame and are dying for saving their motherland..
Any one from media ???can you reply..
