The money is behind this show. First: Recently the TV channels have realised that their channels are very popular in Pakistan and widely watched there.It is just an attempt by Zee TV to establish its business there.
Second: Many underworld Mafias have hugely invested in entertainment channels and in Bollywood. Usually the underworld operates from Pakistan and Dubai. Obviously the Mafias look for the Pakistani interests. These channels act on the direction of these Mafias.
Third: The channels get two ruppes, For each SMS sent by viewers. Due to this fact, now a days most of the channels are running this business.
The channels are least concerned about our national interest. But the viewers should not fall under the trap of these channels.

even the raja has lead the entire show it is shocking that he is declared first runner up. whatever it is now aneek is the winner but the fact is that all these are the the the best i wish the 3 best of future
All the 4 judges have gone mad? Mouli Dave gets judges award for Most Versatile Singer!! This shows the quality of Music! Saregamapa has gone down. And Zee is still fooling us by showing Live Final
Its not difficult to guess who was the best.. Amanat has exceptional grounding in Hindustani classical music and his presentation especially that of Parda Hai Parda was too good. After listening, i wondered if he sand it better than Mohd Rafi at places!
Raja comes a second in my list. He has a very folk flavour to his voice, may be due to his family background as performers of that genre. But he cracks in places....often.
Although Anikis good, he has no "own" style.. Sounds to much like Sonu Nigam. He comes only THIRD in my list.
Voting system is great injustice! Congrats to Amanat.. YOu are already a star!

dead right buddy. i don't think the other two finalists even close to amanat when it comes to versatile singing. but, this result, i suspect a bit fabricated, was expected.

The talent unearthed by Star Voice of India is better than SA RE Ga Ma Pa. Sony's Indian Idol is crap.

very true guys, even i agree with u all.i was a huge fan of amanat and i guess this disparity has been shown towards him .. himesh had been pushing aneek a lot and made sure that he hogged limelight the most...nevertheless, amaanat has left a mark on everyone's heart and a remarkable impression on all the judges...so he has a long way to go in playback singing....dont lose heart guys....amaanat's gonna rock pretty soon :)

From the comments here i gather that Amanat had a lot of popular support... But he could not mobilise crowd to "sms" as he is from Pakistan.
I am sure this fate awaits Mohammad Irfan on Star Plus..as he is from South India.
