Since the result are out and Anik has won the contest.SMS are not the right way to select talent.The should have been adjudged by legends like AshaJi, Pt Jasraj,Shubha Mudgal,Amzad Ali Khan,Pt. Shiv Kumar Sharma etc.Do we have the expertise to judge who is the winner?
As far as the relion is concerned, "Man tadpat Hari darshan" was written by a muslim, music by a muslim and sung by Muslim. It is not the question of Hindu or muslim. it is search for who is the best. Ravi Bopara is a hindu, plays for England. Irfan is a muslim, plays for India and we cheer for him whenever he takes wicket or scores runs.Abdul Hamid laid his life for India while Ravinder singh was a mole and worked for US during his stint in RAW.
So all in all totally commerical game, nothing to do with talent. As Simple.

Muslim & Christian all over the world supports their religion whole heartidly. But we english literate hindu have other views of our religion as taught in schools, books writen by congress ruler, before that british. we have short memory of mughal, british and in today's world, of western countries and muslim nations.

This all happened suddenly after Raja's kick ass"sapne mein milti hain" When oink comes on the concert tour all my bathroom breaks r planned during his performances!!!!!!!! RAJA is the winner cuz he has captured my heart and soul.

Congratulations to Aneek on his well earned ,victory.Not to take away anything from his superb performances ,the fact remains,his voice has not gained full maturity as yet, as noted by legendary Jagjit Singh Sahib.
Though Raja is incomparable in certain types of songs with a very powerful, professional, voice however,Amanat is the best overall. He is the most versatile singer with the best,trained professionalvoice in the entire pack.
The fact he being from Pakistan, got so many votes in India, speaks only volumes for mastery of his profession.
All three are the best singers seen on Sare Gama in years. Best Wishes to all of them in all their future endeavors. They are all winners and all three of them have inshaullah a very bright future. Best of them is yet to come.
Congratulations to Sare Gama for putting up a great show.
Those who are bringing religion into the contest are disgrace to art and music. By that logic, hypothetically if the finalists were Aneek, Sonu Nigam and the GREAT Mohd. Rafi, Rafi would have come third behind his poor clones..
