Well the report is very much biased and if i am not wrong very much one sided. The report states Amitabhs downfall, where as, if box office reports are concerned he is reigning high with Cheeni kum and shootout of lokhandwala with so called new or flop directors. So like the SRK Amitabh dont really depends on the johars and chopras for a hit. Secondly Amitabh has praised his Abhishek for Guru. and whats wrong in that. Abhishek was excellent and all media praised him too. what if the same from his father. ANd if anybody is upset by that, then certainly they are not professional and freinds of the Bachchans. In Dhoom 2 the director of the movie wrote after its release that Abhishek is finished and this kind of comments are dengerous and irresponsible and so if Amitabh defends his son then whta is wrong in that. Rediff stated Hritikh as the highest tax payer which amitabh challenged claiming his contribution to be the most. He has guts to shout for the right no body contradicted that, so where is he wrong. I think This kind of baseless reports will not bother Amitabh or Bachchans. this is a kind of forcefully written baised display or wrong facts may be please certain section or handfull of Film industry people. The reporter should be given awards for his imagination. But the bottom line is that even at 65 years AMitabh can turn crowds and critcs with a cheeni kum or shoot out. anybody in hindi film industry can do it?

Hello Mr. Mukherjee what Karna johar and Aditya chopra are now it is coz of Shahrukh khan..They were newcomers and he was a star when they made Dilwale dulhaniya le jayege and Kuch kuch hota hain..They capitalized on his publicity...Grow up and think before u talk..

I agree with you, SRK has made Karan johar and Aditya Chopra career.
Whatever the Khans and other Actors think about Mr.Bachchan, does not really matter. Their opinion does not change the fact that Mr.Bachchan is a great actor. But he obviously has fallen from the grace bcoz of his 'Farmer' act. Why should a multi millionaire like him should procure false certificates, declaring himself as a farmer to buy agricultural land at chep rates? If a person of the stature of Mr.Bachchan can resort to such lowly misdemeanors, then I am afraid I can only think that he is a very selfish guy and all his show of modesty is just an eyewash. Sorry but Mr.Bachchan is not my idol anymore.

Kohinoor stop blabbering nonsense. AB can be a farmer but he used this status only for obtaining the land. Grow up, dude! I'm not against AB but his act. Do you know he is not even an Indian citizen? He carries Swiss passport!!!

While there is no doubt about the star value of Amitabh, his proximity to Amar Singh seems to be detrimental to the actor's interests. Amitabh's sudden closeness to his 'brother' Shri Amar Singh has raised quite a few eyebrows in recent times. Is the "brother" in possession of some deadly secret of the actor? Else how does one interpret this sudden and close friendship and that too with a politician - the breed of whom the actor was wary of!!
