every Dog has a day and Bachans had . now it is toime for the youngesters like SRK, Salman, Fardeen, Hritik,Saif. I think in todays competition all these young poeple able to compete not the oldies they can only act as dad or dada. People are afraid and they make use of others for their purpose. Sun rises in east and setts in west.
He and his family cheated huge amount of public fund in UP by getting TAX FREE for all the fims he as well as abhishek appeared on. What ever they have saved by NOT paying the tax which have gone to UP government must have been diverted to SP and gang, through distributors and financers
Please rediff should learn to do better things than extrapolate on such presumptous personalities. We are one of the greediest people on earth, only rich people will say against amitabh, but there will be many poorer ones who will adore for the sake of money, lick the ground he walks on, so the show will go on and so will the showman. People will also forget all this when he becomes more successful with something else and calls all these chaps for a party, did I forget to mention that we are also one of the most shameless people on earth? And especially when it comes to this industry ....
If Amitabh is wrong he should be punished. Mistake is mistake. If he involve with ministers and do things illegaly it is very shameful for the man at that level. When some poor man does wrong one is beaten up and send to jail and nobody tells anything but when some big person does then many come to save tnem and tell many good things for them. In politics it will continue when SP was ruling they tempered the associates of BSP and when BSP is ruling it is doing same for Sp associates. It is tit for tat. or you can say earth is round. Rule is rule and we shopuld respect law and if we don't hten law will never respect. It is strange to see Amitabh as farmer. I still remember his father was a poet. Amitabh is known for Acting not farming.

He should be punished if guilty...but unfortunately foolish fans will protest against it...such a pity...
I think marrying with the Trees have not served the purpose for Bacchans.
It may be happening all due to still very active Manglik Status of Aishwarya...
Now it start of the end of bachhans, we all very well know that Hoe Abhishek have come up with the support of AMitabh, even if Amitabh is not there in any ad, Abhishek used to take his dads name (Remeber American Express Card?)
Of course we can not deny the power packed performance in Guru by Abhi but there was no need comparing with other superstars.
There is no denying fact that after Amitabh , the only superstars for 90's decade were Amir and Sharukh, but this decade belongs to Hrithik ,SRK and Amir.. There is no place for Abhishek at all... No matter Aishwarya is with his side to play around, but Aishwarya have given only three super hit movies(Taal - because of A.R.Rahmans Muscic, otherwise story was very predictable, Devdas - Credit goes to Bhansali and SRK, and Hum Dil De CHuke Sanam, - credit again goes to Bhansali and her link up with Salman) she is always been overrated actress. and three hits in 10 yrs is not a big deal at all. Amitabh has given a solo super hit long back(after Black no hit ), which is very low success rate as compared to no. of releases he is having every year... Anyways Bacchans are on declining, and added to that is his illegal activities of grabbing land as farmer.. what a joke... he should be punished for his deeds, why we should idolise him? there is no point in doing so...
hey guys dont you have any good business to do .. why are you wasting your time back of these bolywood starss .. amitabh rahe ya na rahe kuch farakh nahin padne wala ..

Having entertained India for such a long time, Amitabh rahe ya na rahe - pharak to padega. And whatever the industry may think, Amitabh should have retired after Namak Halal. Having said that I do agree with the fact that the media unnecessarily wastes a lot of time and energy on issues which are personal.
Much of the article is humbug, extrapolating what 'people say' that certain actors felt to certain situations. If he has political connections, there are bound to be people on the opposite camp...so whats new?
Many of those commenting here seem to slander Amitabh for no apparent logical reason. First you put him on a pedestal and then pull his leg!
Even in the article on his tax payments, he just seems to innocuously point out the fact that he pays a lot of tax. Whats the need to spin it like its a lie?
No wonder this article is written by a nameless 'special correspondent'!
