What makes KBC3 TRP ratings even worse is the fact that even tough KBC2 was a weekend show (when people have family outings or socialise), it had better ratings!! But despite the fact that star has moved KBC back to the weekdays (when people rather watch TV at home), the ratings are worse. It is no point even comparing KBC3 with KBC1 which peaked at a phenomenal TRP of over 26!! (KBC3 is already as low as 7 to 9)in a week and below the Saas Bahu serials). Is this what was expected from a so called superstar (this term is very loosely used these days)in his prime? If Amitabh could take KBC to the heights he did when he was past his prime at 60, one can only imagine the hysteria he would have created in his heydays!!
Shahrukh pls create your own using your own strenghs and knowing ur limitations rather than trying to do things that are beyond you and ape a cult figure who is well above you.

I think it is his arrogance that brought him the insult from the teacher from Haryana. Big B never got insulted by anyone. When she refused his hug, his face showed his emotions. He takes for granted that everyone is his fan. He needs to get off his high horse. He cannot match the class and grace of Big B.

Don't you think, Haryana teacher was too much tough. She was sitting like she is in her class.She forget that she was sitting in the contest, not in front of her student. Now a days, even students doesnot tolerate such teacher. It was SRK who was tolerating her. You know what, from her look, I bet she was unmarried spinster woman who was hating whole male society in this world.Not only SRK.Taht is the reason, she was liking street dogs( she mentioned). Amitabh Bachchan is a legend and is too large for a common man to think about. He has so much goodness & is like a GOD so one always gets a feeling of being at his feet while thinking of him. He is now not just a film star but a super-human.
But ...When we think of SRK we find a friend of us. We smile when he appears on screen. We cry when he cries on screen. We think deeply when he gives a message. We feel like being cared by him through his emotions.
We feel like being an important one who needs to be entertained , when we watch his movies. ( SRK always agrees with this in his interviews that he wants to be a joker who entertains people and it is his only motive in Film Industry )
He is a perfect Brother Friend Lover Father Son Husband ... & Many more ! That makes him the inspiration of youth of our country & world also. We can think of his morals when we face confusion in our lives as any role of ours, be it of a brother / friend / lover / son / husband or other ...
We can just feel that he is just one of us & not a super human or a superstar. ( Chaps..That's d main reason while HE IS THE KING !)
So successful yet grounded is SRK.
We just can think of him as an alive member of our famliy just living with us 24x7. ( Which we can't for Big B - Sorry with all due respect to the legend )
So in the end ...

By watching promos of KBC 3 I m sure the show will be a grand success. SRK will host it by his best efforts & viewers would not like it... they would love it !

FINALLY, THE eyeball verdict on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) is out and audiences have given Shah Rukh Khan the thumbs down.
Tam Media data for the first four days of KBC3, which opened on January 22, showed a television viewership rating (TVR) of 12.33. Amitabh Bachchan had a bigger opening on KBC2 on August 5, 2005, with a TVR of 19.75. It gets worse. After the initial curiosity about SRK%u2019s performance, many viewers seem to have tuned out. On January 23, KBC3 notched a TVR of 10.44 and 7.36 the next day. The show recovered to an extent on Janu ary 25, hitting 9.24. Compared to the diminishing numbers for SRK, the Big B%u2019s audience grew with each passing day. KBC1 opened with a TVR of 10.59 on July 3, 2000, rising to 10.79 on July 4, 13.64 on July 5 and 14.32 on July 6. It peaked on October 19, 2000, with a huge TVR of 26.55. Star has a defence. Paritosh Joshi, the network%u2019s president (ad sales and distribution), said the number of persons %u2018reached%u2019 on SRK%u2019s first day was 23 million compared to Bachchan%u2019s 18 million. %u2018Reach%u2019 is defined as all those who saw the show for at least a minute. TVR, on the other hand, incorporates the number of persons who tuned in for the duration. Does that mean less %u2018stickiness%u2019 for SRK? An audience study by Optimum Media Solutions supports the view that people were not sticking with SRK. Only 44 per cent of respondents watched all three episodes of KBC3, 25 per cent watched only the first episode and 30 per cent watched two episodes. YOU seem to be a relative of SRK because you are using cheap language too.
I feel, if Mr. Mahesh Bhatt or Mr. Sonu Nigam was taken as an anchor in place of Mr. SRK,the royality of the show would have been maintained to some extend. Of course,there is no substitude of KBC-AB show as shown earlier. As like, there is no substitude of melody queen Latajee yet.
