Hey SRK was obviously different from AB, but he has tried his best to prove himself.we need to get over Big B's image to actually appreciate SRK's way of dealing with the show. He is Quiet very opposite in the show if compared to Big B, he is more on a cooler side, and more towards a cheerful side. All We need to do is to forget that KBC was once hosted by a legend & trust me we can again start enjoy the show with SRK style
It is absoluely boring. He is not at all comfortable. No match or substitute for Amitabh. Slowly the programme loose its image and big loss for the organizer.
It's great to see SRK in CRORPATI. I think he is doing program in his own style that is very good i think he has to follow the program not any other other anchor.B'coz he has tremendous to sucess the program. Best of luck and really doing very well.
Though I liked Shahrukh's performance in KBC, I was disappointed with his faulty pronunciation of the word "bidda" in "telugu bidda". The d sound is hard like in damru, not soft like in diya. Also, what he spouted as Telugu words/phrases were actually in Tamil. And even the contestant who was Telugu didn't bother to correct him, may be out of sheer awe. Please convey to the program in-charge to ensure such gaffes are not committed in future. By Anu
except talks lil too much,,the introductory song doesent suit kbc style with the half naked women and his slouch brings back memories of amitabhs height and persona.
I just saw first 10 minutes of the show. I made sure i rushed home n not miss debut of KBC 3. The opening jig by SRK was crap. Wtf is he doing among a bunch of dancers?? Agreed dat the channel wanted to break apart from the "serious" image set by AB earlier and make KBC a more "funky" show with a "funky" host. But that doesn't mean that you make the host gyrate to a wierd song! That was the first flop in the show. Next SRK goes on and makes jabs at AB for his usage of Hindi, for his usage of "Computerji", on the way he dressed. Thats another flop! The verbal exchange with the contestant and his partner was good. I liked his "camdraderie" there, but he is the Father of Overacting. I hated him when he said "Not Computerji", but "Compaqda". Then he goes on with "Freeze Kar do" and not "Lock Kiya Jaye". Come on, we understand you want to change the image, but this is ridiculing the superstar of India who built the show and brought it to the level it is today! I heard the contestant playing the first question and I just switched off the TV.
We cannot compare Big B with SRK as all the fingers are not the same. He was witty, jovial and friendly with the contestants. He has done to the best of his ability.
Yesterday being the First episode I think it's so so. I am a die-hard fan of SRK but as compare to Mr. Big B as a host of KBC SRK have to work hard to make a mark for his own style. All I can hope SRK will able to deliver his best. But for me Charisma of Big B is still the best.
Aahhhhhhhh once again....SRK is doing overacting...show is not bad in general terms but it lacks GRAVITY of Mr Bachchan. SRK may even carry it for some time but it can't make streets empty at 9 pm. My Advice for SRK, do your natural bits and dont try to copy any1...kyunki....NAKAL KARKE AJTAK KOI MAHAN NAHI BANA HAI".....
