it is difficult to step into BIG Bs shoes but there is something in sharukh which makes him king khan of bollywood whatever he is doing it is over acting or anything else he is indeed a crowd puller which can be seen through his track record every year he gives a hit of the year even though it is a bad movie like KANK so definately not up to BIG Bs mark but he will surely make the kbc work through his tremendous fan folowing best of luck shahrukh
It is too early to judge. Let Sharukh settle down,catch the pulse,understand that this quiz show is a serious business,and not make a mockery of it.I am sure he will match the great AB, as the show goes on.
AMitabh is god, and the impression, charisma, intellect, and control over both languages simply cant be replaced. ShahRukh brings Kacha Paka to the show, which just shows the intellectual bankruptcy that the new generation is facing, and therefore are accepting such cheap and nervous innuendos used by the KING KHAN.
Nevertheless, KING KHAN was not dissapointing, and in the coming couple of episodes he will improve and make his mark.
But We need to see more intelluctial sanity, as the young kids will adapt to what is portrayed on the Screen.

The problem is we are not able to enjoy without Amitabh. the show has slipped from Grad A to Grade C category. If we have to watch overacting then better watch Saas Bahu Serials

Hey it seems u r suffering from amitabh phobia. Why don%u2019t u buy a dvd of kbc 1 and kbc2 and watch those. Let us enjoy the programme with shahrukh. If u don%u2019t like shahrukh, don%u2019t see the show. As simple as that. Has he come to ur house and beg u 2 c that? If u r not liking it then don%u2019t c it.. and finally the contestants are making money, shahrukh is making money n so does star tv. Where is ur problem? And still if u cant get away from the amitabh phobia, then wait for the movie nishabd to come%u2026 it will make u feel good

why r u behaving like SRK, be pateint and calm. He is literally begging us to watch the show. There is nothing wrong in doing different roles. If u want to compare watch the news channel polls and remake of DON.
well srk was excellent. but do remember guys that what SRK can do Big B can't and vice-versa so stop comparing both of them bcoz both are doing well in their respective fields and njoi srk in kbc
Just think, What if Shahrukh had did KBC first and MR.Bachchan coming next...
1)what reviews we would have for Mr.Bachchan after the first episode
2)is we were drawing the comparison between him and shahrukh
KBC became hit first time because it entered the homes of millions with a new concept and it was being launched by Mr.Bachchan who did the job of anchoring outstandingly. Mr.Bachchan had all the with him. a) a new show, b) a new concept c)crore prize money (may be first time on tv) d)might some other which I'm missing
Now, Mr khan is delivering the same package about which the viewers knows in advance much - that means Mr.khan is running out of new phenemenon and new touch. he's being groomed to give his best for a thing which had already been started and then ended. Well, if sequeal like dhoom2, krish, etc, etc can become a hit, I'm sure kbc2 may also.....lets wait.
SRK is pathetic on KBC... couldnt hold the viewers longer than the 1st comml. break. AB is genuinely humble as a person though he's God for his fans... it reflected when he interacted with the common man. SRK??? Well, overall, his jokes, his presentation was for an average teeny bopper types!
The start reminded of Govinda's Chappar Phad Ke. But Shah Rukh has class and he will improve in the coming episodes. He should not try to copy AB and he will be fine. The audiences love him for being SRK and not because he is better or less than AB.
