Instead of indulging ppl into useless conterversy of AB / SRK which in by no means is going to help any of us in any ways because of AB and SRK have filled in their pockets. But rediff as a reposible media if would have placed a small article to remember the ppl who died on 26th Jan 2001 in earthquake instead of SRK reviews, rediff would have earned lot of respect. Today morning I was eagerly searching for some article on the ppl who survived on that day unfortuinately not a sight of it.

we are not crticising because he is muslim, its your cheap thinking, looak at the performance, talent, is it possible to comapre with Big 'B'? tell me franky? your comparing Donkey to Horse. SRK is no were near to Big B in all category. He is eligible for best over-acting nominee.

SRK has exposed himself of the fact that he lacks in talent!! The compassion on the eyes of Mr Bachchan when he look at the contest will say a million words. Also AB was the fourth life line for any contestant and what about his presentation, baritone, command over the language? Is there any comparison?
He is a kid. He is a star. Most egoistic star. He is stubborn, trying to fit in someone's shoes who is no less than a God for people of India. Younger generation might be fascinated by SRK but people who have lived through 30 years know what AB is all about.
SRK can't be God. He is a star made by the directors (music and movie). AB made directors. Combination of charm, action, emotion and comedy films that he has performed, none else has it presently.
Only changing the words (intsted of lock kiya jya SRK poor presentation Freeze kiya jya) and copying Amitab style of KBC (unsuccessfully)has make it a comic show rather than quiz show. Well public opinion is going against SRK - I hope he understands this. And Star TV should ask him to not show off his 3 lakh Tag Heur watch and downgrade the contestant. The contestant may need the 2 crores but he is not a beggar. please dont be so patronising.

Do i give a shit if it was sponsored. Bottomline is that he gave which is what matters... call it publicity call it anything. I will call it a good deed coz i am not hell bent in finding faults in people unlike u guys

One day SRK remove is shirt and give to participant? He dont have manners at all, he uses Tum insted of Aaap thats the difference between SRK & BIG B, Swiss Watch issue is to attract media as well as audience.
KBC seems to have lost its charm with Amitabh not being its host. KBC = Amitabh the equation falters now. Amitabh was the better host. He was the heart of KBC. Where as AB exudes natural warmth and charisma, SRK has to go hyper to create or fake it. One can never compete his deep husky voice and his impeccable style.!! SRK is good at shouting, hamming,being prude n condescending ..uff he's a definition of noise pollution on KBC cheapening the class and standards created earlier...SRK IS ONLY A STAR NOT A GOOD ACTOR . HIS ACTING REMAINS THE SAME. HE MAKES THE CHARACTER LIKE SRK HE NEVER GETS INTO THE CHARACTER. MOST OF HIS MOVIES ARE MASALA TEA. EVEN SUNIL SHEETY, AJAY DEVAGAN, SAIF THEY HAVE PERFORMED MUCH BETTER THAN SRK.

simranji... dnt get irritated....each and every one has the right to present their openion and y r u getting irritated for tht? and pls dnt judge people and their class according to the english they speak..English is just a language and there r many people in india who dnt knw how to speak english...and u mean tht all of them lack class..do u?..
we all knw ur love for srk..but simranji...try to accept the fact tht he present the watch in front of the camera..he was not natural..he want to attract audience to his show..thts his ultimate aim..and he knw tht is not an easy job .. because before him tht job was done by amitji... he knw tht very well..so he played well ... just use ur brain...if he was walking over a steet without media,will he present his watch?
In a show, a host shd have some qualities..he lack those qualities..but tht is a fact simranji..by presenting a watch or by being humble..one wnt become a good host.. he may be humble and honest but in a show like this he shd keep his dignity..he shd give respect to the contestents..
wn amitji anchored the show it had more dignity..thts wt we say..amitabh is better than shahrukh..

AGREED ALLESHA, THE POINT THAT YOUR HAVE RAISED CAN BE UNDERSTOOD ONLY BY CLASSES. SRK IS MORE POPULAR FOR KIDS, ANY MATURED VIEWER WILL NEVER APRECIATE ANY SRK MOVIE AFTER DDLJ. KBC IS MORE OF A COMEDY SHOW NOW
