Yuvan Shankar Raja leaves us to a great shock? Do you know what? Yuvan who has been so disappointing with his recent ventures breaks with different sound of music. Be it the songs or background music, he enraptures with a good comeback and there is one more feather on his cap.
With the tetrad-combo of Ajith-Vishnu-Yuvan-Nirav, %u2018My Name is Billa%u2019 remains as one of the main highlights of the movie. Well, that goes on with other songs too and there isn%u2019t anything faulty to be pointed out on any others.
Finally, Ajith is not only an actor who can be compared with Amitabh Bacchan, Rajnikanth and Shah Rukh Khan who played similar roles in previous versions of the same film. But he takes a step ahead and proves it worthy of getting compared himself with Hollywood actors Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino.
So Ajith Kumar is not a man who now has to compete with Kollywood stars, but the world film performers and that%u2019s his standard now.
Billa is not just a milestone in career of Ajith for moreover it%u2019s one of the great trendsetting movies in Tamil cinema for all the time.
Mr. Hari i believe you should be around 70yrs waiting in your deathbed. To make a film to satisfy you we should ask MGR to come out of his grave and do the needful.
I saw the movie BILLA today, i have not seen any Ajith movie in a theatre so far. I'm not a big fan of him nor am i a fan of Vijay.
But Vishnuvardhan and the team have done some excellent homework on every frame in the movie.
I have never seen any tamil movie with such richness. The movie is stylish and looks cool.
Ajith has done everything right except for Dance steps. He has taken little interest in dance steps for the movie that reflects in the songs. Inspite of that the songs are awesome to watch they are completely different.
"Sei" and Naan Meendum songs are very good.
Given a chance i would love to watch it for second time.
i have never disappointed about the movie review from rediff, but now the first time, i get disappointed about the review for the film "Billa", it is really like the hollywood film, why dont u people appreciate the new trend and new generation, i think the one who wrote about the billa's review dont know the real history of tamil film, u r down mr.rediff review
