I dont know if its the same guy who has reviewed Lakeer. I would say that both Main Hoon Na and Lakeer are equally silly, made for British and Americans of indian origin, who still think that a part of India lives in the dark ages wanting to shamelessly imitate the American culture. We have brilliant commercial directors like Mani Ratnam, and Ram Gopal Verma and sadly most of the asians of indian origin in the UK and US are not aware of them. How many more years of humiliation have educated indians have to put up by watching such stupid silly films that just reflect our lack of creativity or imagination. I would request the person who reviewed Lakeer to watch Main Hoon Na more closely or to learn a bit about what a quality film should project before he presents another biased review for rediff.
i really think the movie was a masala movie.the songs were not sooooo gr8 it being a farah's direction.the action was sad as they could hv done sumthing more original.music by anu malik was original for the first time!!!Amrita n SUSH really played their roles very well.but srk who is a good actor dint keep up his work.i dont know how can the rating for this movie be 3 12.costume designing was also good.its ok for the one time not worth being watched 18 times!!!!
Not worth wathcing. Waste of Money and Time. Farah khan has loooooooooong way to go as a director. If she has casted Mithun instead of Shahrukh it would be regular Mithun film. I guess Shahrukh also don't need to understand the characher he plays. Regardless of the role....lover, teacher or major you can hardly see any difference in his acting.

Its sure is worth watchin and immensly entertaining. The dialogues great, characters well defined, a true 70s style movie with lot of action , comedy, drama and the unique way of tellin their message tht India and Pakistan are brothers ( First time a hindi film has a praise for pakistan), wht else culd u ask for more entertainment. For a SRK fan I have seen difference in actin of srk in this film. BTW every actor brings himself in his movies especially when a movie is upbeat and commercial.
