Main Hoon NAA....The reviews by ur esteemed reporter was totally out of place for once....I am not a Shah Rukh fan at all....But after reading the review on the rediff website, I decided that I may be wrong for once....Well, its just that I trusted the reporter more than my instinct....What a pathetic movie and I hold the Rediff reporter responsible for misguiding me on this....The movie was actually nauseating.... The viewers were asked to leave their brain somewhere and watch the movie....Apart from a couple of well-shot scenes, the movie isnt worth a penny....Please do not indulge in misguiding the people who depend so much on the reviews on ur website....An avid ShahRukh fan will definitely be disappointed by this unimpressive fanfare....If this movie goes on to be a hit, it will be of the 'Raja Hindustani' Genre where the product was worth more than what it was estimated to be....It will definitely help to change the reporter for taking the readers for a ride....Man, get some sense in ur head.....
Hi! Wonderful review! It stole the words outta my mouth. SRK rules! What I love about the movie is how Farah cleverly uses alienation techniques to suspend reality and switch to a comic book format with highly stylised characters and content. Sample these: 1. Ram's uncontrollable singing for Chandni instantly fetches violinists behind, musical style. 2. Chandni's sexy pouts and seductive poses for the camera -- picturisation of Ram's mental image. 3. Raghavan's costume -- cat eyes, long hair, his underground lair -- all comic book stylisation 4. The stunt sequences with influences from Matrix to Sholay, all entirely intentional and clever enuff to leave the audience with choice to interpret -- as a spoof or as fantasy Bollywood style. David Dhawan uses the 'guess whether im serious or joking' approach in most of his comedies. 5. The music -- mission impossible and R.D. Burman used to good effect simply to entertain. A crowd-pleasing act. Songs we love and things we want to see. 6. The names - Ram, Laxman, Ragavan. All alienation techniques which Bollywood usually limits to songs, comedy and action sequences alone have now been brought into the talkie portion too!
the film sux big time ..... even if u pay me 50 bux i wont go and see this movie....action sequences r rediculous and also the cheap comedy... FARAH KHAN doesnt want to make any more films so she has made a pic out of 5 stories....
ACTORS: SRK-As usual he was simply amazing. SUNEIL-He did a good job as a villain & suited for the role. ZAYED-I was impressed to see the improvment in this movie & carried it well. SUSHMITHA-The word is MIND BLOWING.She is worth praising &may be the best role in the film AMRITHA-She was adorable & very very sweet. DIRECTOR+CHOREOGRAPHER-Done a fantastic job &gave no chancefor a complain. OVERALL-Although un realistic, the movie was 3hours of pure family entertainment with good jokes & esp. the relationship between RAM & CHANDINI has the audience with all praises for the onscreen couple.
i cant understand what the hell farah khan intended to show in this movie. i was pathetic and a sheer waste of money and time.in recent times SRK has been shown as a messiah-sometime showing what love is and in this movie he is shown as a person who unites families. stop this for the gods shake .SRK is too good a actor to stick to such roles again and again .i mean is he freak or numskull?
farah is pathetic what the hell she intended to prove from scenes copied from hollywood movies MI2 and MATRIX.

She intended to make it funny yaar, didnt u laugh on the 'punk' scene or was amazed by rickshaw 'dhanno' scene. In every 5-10 mins it was reminding of u a later movie..c'mmonyaar have fun.
