RE:India has misunderstood 'Reverse brain-drain' with sewage drain to INDIA

this is because, america is facing economy slow down. Those coming back are opportunistics.india attians growth without those .Common indian are enough to make their country super power
You must first observe the dirty clothes and torned chappals worned by many people while travelling in Mumbai's local train (have you ever observed this, how many people wear costly dress). This indicates the economic standard of people. If this is the condition of people living in financial capital, what must be the condion in backward areas?

It was Hyderabad last year. This year it's Jaipur. What is the government doing? Why do people think it's OK? What is the government's response? Isn't the government saying the samething again and again. They say they condemn. Who doesn't condemn? Is that the only thing they do?
Politicians except perhaps Rajiv Gandhi, PV Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh no others played any role in the development of India. Only common people with good education did it.
keep going where the opportunity lies. america, europe now india tomorrow may be who knows... they left india when it apparently had no future... now because its on an economic boom, they have come back.. opporutunists of worst kind

It doesn't kill to spend a few minutes swearing in rediff. You see geela, we are very smart. We finish our jobs very fast and voice our opinion in rediff.

i also came back from US , but I got into business in india. working a job in india is much worse than US
If this is a trend, seems it is restricted only to financial services sector. That too, because in the past one year, large firms have either not been recruiting or are firing staff. Yes, opportunities are there in India in financial services - but no where near the numbers of qualifed post grads churned out.
Guess India is years away from an actual "reverse brain drain"
it is heartening to see a reverse brain drain. but at the same time there is a vast difference between the work ethics in US and India. Indian managers should start treating their employees with respect. they should be professional in the work place.. by professional i mean avoid all forms of nepotism. only if the work ethics improve the brain drain can be completely reversed.
All IITans mentioned in article and not working technology sector. Interesting to note after getting an engineering master's degree they opt to chose financial careers. Doesn't that say something. Where is the passion for technology development and research. Does it mean that they can't develop next generation technology in India and opt to work for alternaitve financial sector.

Most people in IIT are in IIT simply because they cracked an exam at an age where they dont even realize who they are and what they want...late teens.
Many who do not get selected are the ones who have immense passion for engineering but no opportunity.......
Had everybody had got what they aspired to be in this world....we would have explored the SUN till now leave alone the MOON
