these top ten companies make billion by Modern Slavery. Visa L1/H1/B1 are new name of Slavery...... Previously America has bring people from Africa for Slavery. Now they bring people from India on visa L1/H1/B1 for Modern Slavery.

Its better to work as slaves with no compulsion that to die because of poverty.
for all the crap and hype about software in india we are nothing but clerks and low class labourers is there any innovation at all? the only reason is cheap labour - even in that we will lose out to other countries very soon we can never be a technologically advanced nation unless we change at the grass roots we still dont have roads/water/power/elementary education reaching even 10 % of the populace most software firms are used to launder money let us not swallow the crap being fed to us.
if we observe the economic trends, once can see that they move in cycles. There was gold rush in the US, East indian company discovered the trading potential of India, Oil boom in the gulf etc. etc. Each of these events brought with them their own risks and pitfalls. However the countries that were involved benefited enormously. Similarly India ia riding this wave - let it do so for now. Its trickle down effects and the benefits to the society at large will surely follow. For example, engineers in the other sectors are already getting high pay scales now (highly deserved also) thanks to the IT boom!

Have worked in some of the top 10. All are body shoppers. See their balance sheets, about 70 % revenue for all of them comes from resource augmentation. Lower level programmers are misused, middle management is suffocated and top management is cut throat.
IT has brought Job for us-Good We are earning foreign exchange-Good IT engineers living level increased-Good. What about The Impact on society? In the IT Cities of India other sectors life is very difficult. Street vendors, auto, hotel, shops and land lords are expecting same price what IT walas are ready to pay. But other sectors can not afford that price. IT is grabbing all top scorers of all other engineering sections. Because of this other industries are not finding any talent in the field. Toppers in Textile, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical and Medical engineering are getting Job in IT. This is going to ruin our country. What IT job we do is of second grade. For this we are using our Creamy layers of intellectual property. (IIT engineers are doing second grade job in IT)
Land prices are in the IT cities are going high hence Common man suffers like anything.
As per the survey divorce rate is very high in IT employees. Our marriage system and society system itself is shaken. PUB culture and Live band culture is soaring.
Crime rate related to IT is increasing day by day. To robe IT engineers people from far away place like Bihar and Nepal are coming to Bangalore and Chennai. They do not separate IT and common man. Every one is suffering from it.
Late working hours and stress is separating IT engineers from the society. They are feeling as separate entity in the society. No contact with others.
It is high time to conduct a comprehensive study on

You are right to some extent that prises are increasing but not because of IT only it is a Global Impact prises are increasing everywhere. Country like Zimbabwe there is no IT no Industries but Inflation and prices are highest in the world why because of bad government policies and country Economy failure.
