Well one can only laugh on this relief od Rs. 1000/ year. prices of essential goods have increased by 30% to 40%. This Govt. is hell bent on finishing the aam admi. This Govt is for rich people, Aam admi slogans are only for votes and after getting chair they are busy collecting notes.
I am confused whether a salaried woman marries an unemployed man? Then why exemption is increased for women? Hon'ble Minister is creating some "Privileged Class Families" as a salaried woman marries a well established guy.

Why should a woman be given IT relief...there is a sinister plot to fool and garner women votes...How is a earning women financially any less capable than a man....Has the word equality in our consitution gone to dogs?
Why should a tax payer pay from his pocket for a financially independent woman?
FM has increased cess by 1% more. Whatever relief he had given he had taken away more. All your service bills like water, electricity, phone and all sundry will more costly as the additional 1% service tax will be recovered from you only.

yes but the 1% extra cess applies to service tax also that will be passed on to the consumer
He can only tax 100% of our income. Beyond that he cant! There is nothing great expected out of this m#ronic FM who is hell bent on distributing Indian money to minority, his madam and his swiss bank account. What is so great about this budget! Zilch!
Middle class employees Chidambaram never understands the salaried people.. Infact i am fan of Manamohan but this is a very bad budget...increasing mediclaim(what do they except every employee sholud sit in hospital or what) not increasing the tax limit..even though prices are increasing like any thing.... Agreed Ramdas!!! No relief, and Mr. Chidambaram is not looking at the problems of middle class salaried peoples. Very disappointed with the budget. We were expecting some bold initiatives from Mr. Chidmabaram.

Obviously he belongs to the elite class how can he understand the middle class. he however understands the underprivleged because they ar ehis vote banks
It is disappointing to see no increase in the medical limit and children education besides the tax free income should have been raised to Rs. 1.50 Lakhs.
No relief to genuine tax payers. I never expected this from congress. This is a shit budget and a shit government. I will never vote for Congress Now in my life and alwaz preach others not to vote for them. I am also thinking to write a letter to Sonia Gandhi about it
