Brutal murder of tax payers
by Parthasarathy Y K on Feb 28, 2007 01:12 PM  | Hide replies

I'm controlling my fingers from writing bad about our honourable FM.

A Mere 10000 rupees an year that is 834 amonth. This approximately implies a 100 rupees saving for a citizen. If the prices continue to shoot up for another 2 months, This 10,000 will be nullified and will be equalent to 80,000 .
Let us bring all so called minorities to all govt offices. I feel ashamed of living under such a tainted govt.

why were you thinking/expecting from such people. Do you know were Chidambaram stays when he comes to bangalore? He stays in a suite owned by Tatas in some 5 star hotels.. SO he cant go and tax these people but only us, the salaried idiots, who feel bad on a day like this, but continue to pay..

When govt. is privatising most of the things then why tax people
by BHARAT SHETI on Feb 28, 2007 01:12 PM

Since the govt. is privatising majority of the Infrastructure projects like roads, airports, sea ports etc. where already the agencies are taxing the common man like the toll tax or air surcharge etc. then why do govt. want to spend our money to these projects. Indirectly we are paying double tax for the same service. It's really foolish of the finanace minister not to apply his mind to the budget and not to raise the tax exemption limit even when the cost of living is going up by day. We should not allow this finance minister to submit next budget. His more concentration is on the Sensex and the people related to it and not to the common man or a salaried person. Thumbs down to Mr. Chidambaram
