Does FM thinks about salaried people ?
by on Feb 28, 2007 02:47 PM

I think our FM should be given only salary and ask him to work for 12 hours a day , where in he is reportin to someone else , then only i think he will get pinch of salaried people . This budget is good for co - owners , what for middle class or salaried people , as they are the one who are going to pay to govt, what benifits are we getting, aparat from 1000 rs relief , does FM think that 1000 rs a month will help to build their childrens future growth & development .Too bad , he should be working right but he should come up with plans like , 1000 relief every individual is getting this money should not be given insted this money should be kept with govt and they must invest in insurance or childrens growth, by doin this people are rest assured that this money will be useful , as people will get good returns from govt and govt can use this money to pay off the loan taken from World bank, so our econmy can grow and we can be at the top.

Many more things to say .. but too short to say here....overall not happy with project . What about the rising home loan , people will stop taking loan if the rates are not reduced.....

hey mate, its not that present generation are electing these craps. its those who wait for the items thrown at them during election by politicians. salaried class need to have lots of chat before election and come to consensus as to whom to elect. this is not impossible as all are linked through net and we can start a blog(govt. need not be given chance to term our site as illegal) wherein we can discuss the people and mainly the party that should come to power. its not that easy also not that difficult as we all have access to net almost full 24hrs. Come-on guys we can do it and will do it. But response needs to be ggod and encouraging one. hope response in rediff.com atleast comes out openly and mainly from young generation.

Excellent budget - innovation at its peak

What do you expect from a government of a country filled with elected by "psuedo intellegent", greedy and self-centered people?

Protest as much as you can and then continue with your lives after realizing that you can still live comfortably or think that you can get a salary raise by talking to your boss or change the job.

Definition: Psuedo Intellegent (Note: applies for Indians ONLY)

People who think that they are part of a very intellegent, culturally rich and smart society but fail to analyze why their country is in the bottom.

My message reflects the overall state of the Indian population (incl. mine). And do not tell me that the solution to this problem is changing the FM. Please wake up. PM is also an economist. Sonia?

For example, with so much software companies in B'lore and the tax revenues, nothing was done for the city's infrastructure until the gov. realized the problem. No forethought - it will be there only if there are people with brains at the helm.

FM has gone Nuts!!!
by Paras Doshi on Feb 28, 2007 02:42 PM  | Hide replies

I dont think so whether he has paid tax in his political career..That is why he is not been able to justify his steps towards making us pay such heavy taxes. There is no balance in terms of exemption limit and raising tax limit. Is he really a finance minster or some hafta vasuli character??? I bet this is his last term as a finance minister. With him even Congress is in to big trouble
