How many of salaried are using their vote during elections. No point in blaming them now. We have the rights to elect right candidate for right position. So we have to utilize our vote properly then only all these problems will be solved.

FM's new tax proposals
by vinod nambiar on Feb 28, 2007 03:23 PM  | Hide replies

I had thought this was a respectable Fin minister educated at Harvard! Doesn't seem like that anymore. The Salaried class are the Slaves of this politically driven currupt society. This is the cow that is milked all the time. There is absolute ZERO effort to widen the tax base and bring in more people to the tax net. There are umpteen businesses that do not pay taxes at all!! They all go scot free all the time...and even now.

All about FM's new tax proposals; some I-T relief for individuals
by ganesan andy on Feb 28, 2007 03:22 PM

All about FM's new tax proposals; some I-T relief for individuals-- I dont understand how .... i want these to be implemented for the Minister & other staff who take salary as non taxable income like ..minister , MLA, other subordiantes. People take away handsome income without paying any tax.

Mr. FM should frame something for them also.

Dear FM,
congratulations, you have done your best to penalize the salaried class , the old and the pensioner. You think that this is the holy cow which should be taxed to maximum as you can not tax the professionals and busineess class as they are beyond your reach and pay you money to fight elections. Where would you achieve your savings goal with inflation going through the sky. How did you forget the rate of lantils and onions while preparing the budget.

Dear FM,

It's again a cheating for salaried class.

This proved that which government is better than Congress who increased T.E from 60K to 1 Lac.

I think Congress hadn't take any lesson from the results from Punjab and Utra.

Just wait for the anger of salaried class.
