what defies the law of gravity

INFLATION.

once the price goes up it never comes down no matter what you do. inflation should not be calculated by what government does i.e. gross price index it should be calculated by the shelf prices.

india did not need commodity exchanges for food material coz in india the growth is far more less. but this lungi has got in this country and now you will have pay a price of it.

Query!!!
by Rajeev on Feb 28, 2007 05:49 PM

May I ask one question from our great FM: it seems good to know that we can save our income tax rs. 1000 now but since our FM is very intelligent, surely he has done something in his great budget to get rs. 10,000 from us in lieu of that rs. 1000. am i right my FM????

BUDGET RAIL OR GENERAL
by mohinder thapar on Feb 28, 2007 05:46 PM  | Hide replies

Thnks to both Railway and Finance Minister and more thanks to Electronic and Television Media for befooling the simple and law abiding people of India. One is saying travel has become more cheaper for the generla people while using rail. Very good same coah is accomodating 84 persons instead of 72 i.e 12 person more and it means even in normal rate you are getting more than 17percent excess fare now you are providing 4percent rebate and add 5percent maintenance cost which means still railway is going to get 8 percent more revenue with this so called concession. Second do u think that all the 72 bogi will be converted to 84 within one year answer is no? What about the air travel rate and time? Now our finance minister increases the rate of Bidis does he know who smoke the Bidies? Increasin the tax saving by 10thousand is it not a joke when Government itself accept the infalation at the rate of 9% and devaluation of Rupees in terms of One Lakh Rupees of Last year? Is there any gurantee there will be no increase in other commodities after this Budget take place? It means government wants to ensure its earning but not caring the people (specially masses)purchainsg power. Even a Central Government Servent finds it very difficult (except top officials) to get the medical checkup in a good hospital. There are so many other issues. However I thanks to all the Media(Pro Government), Government and opposition leaders too as they cry more but do nothing for the poor people of India.

really your analysis on budget is factual one. indeed, the fm is not caring the common man but concentrates on his revenue yield only. i really stand beside u and support your view. my wishes.
