yes,the airports should be privatised..in fact they should have been privatised in 1947 itself....airports are the first impression on any overseas visitor and our airports certainly leave a terrible impression on anyone coming in.Even Colombo airport is much better and more efficient as compared to Delhi!!
What are these people threatening to go on strike for??what contribution have they done till now??most of them are rude and unprofessional....and if they are afraid of loosing their jobs...they should understand that anyone who is good..never looses his job.And if they do loose their jobs,I am quite sure that they will be compensated..so why are they worried..if you are good ...u stay and if not you get some money and get out.....period !!

airports are for passengers and not for AAI employees.government should not budge, i am sure travellers would not mind dirty toilets for a while as they are dirty anyway. i hate indian airports for the attitude of the staff. i cant explain it but one should experience it. if govt bends under pressure from AAI unions we should do a public interest litigatiion.
