a wealthy man doesnt necessarily make a better lover, but definitely the woman's perception of him is directly proportional to his wealth. so, automatically, a wealthy man becomes more sexy for a woman than a not so wealthy man. its evident everywhere. an ugly man with a honda city and a bungalow will be more aggressively pursued by a woman than a very handsome man who owns say a scooter only.

It is not just about the wealth. It is all about whether a man has multiple things on his mind before or after the sex. If he is occupied with the tension for his job, retirement, job commitments etc etc, he is not going to be a good lover.
A man who can remain happy and tension free even while earning low income, will be equally good and vice versa.
