Too much social networking linked to depression!

Too much of anything is not good for either mind or body. It is mind which controls the body as such whatever activities we go through will affect the mind, repeated similar topics will have a negative effect on the mind, so something new different discovery etc will definitely pop up the brain & spirits.

Although too much of everything is bad for your health (even healthy food in large quantities, such surveys should not be accorded undue importance.
