whether to fine is good or bad I do not know but on ething sure am not dog or any animal to do romance on street.
I remember the few statements of a wel known marathi writer V. P Kale (alias wapu) that, if you want your should get respect from your childs then never fight infront of the childs or never to any romance in front of them !
I am totaly against this fine of Rs 500 for lovebirds to kiss in the public coz Rs 500 is too low. Whoever wants to kiss will shell out Rs 500 if he is caught doing this. the fine must be Rs 5000. So the love birds will not dare to do this kind of immorality in public.
I hope they do hand the couple a receipt for Rs 500/-
just like a traffic challan, once violated, free to violate again throughtout the day. And of course there will always be the option of settling things for less than 500/- without a receipt that is.
I dont understand how does it disturb the public ,,, its not bedroom sex,,,,,, its just a kiss ,,, now the govt cant give the infrastructure for development ,,, they are finding new issues to divert the attention ....as the reservation in IIMs,, kiss ,,, all bullshit ,,, BJP or Congress allies ,,,both sucks ,,, when will i see a govt with young secular people and brains ,,, i guess i like to be an INdian outside India

Oh Dear, Please atleast leave one mode of showing your emotions to your beloved one. It is a cruality. Do we have to stop showing a friendly and "NIRDOSH" emotions? If Govt. want to do something on it, Ban all entertainment i.e. movies which provokes.... and then people get aroused.
It was very nice 2 hear dis thing. I support n appreciate the decission taken by the Govt., it came a bit late but that's o.k.
Once I went to Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. I saw many young couples of age group b/w 19-24 having their "Lips locked".
Thank God I didn't had any younger brother or sister with me that time. What would I've answered then when been asked tht "bhaiya what are these guys doing here".
Certainly I would have been left with no answer. I want to tell these guya n gals who locks their lips any where publically that. Sex is a game do enjoy it but not at a public place.

Kissing does not amount to SEX. Please stick to the issue rather than making mindless statements, unless you are a politician and aspiring to be a MLA/ MP. Then of course you are forgiven for such "Laloo-inspired" words.

Commonsense...?? U lack that...in metros where std XI student resort to making MMS's of the sexual Escapes u still need to to find answer to this...its natural..u cud answer back your kids...its kissing baby...simple..kissing...but then as said before..you lack commonsense!!
Making public nuisance is always condemnable. Its not a bad idea to fine those involved in such acts. It not only disturbs the public, but also spoils the younger generation/kids. It will be good if there can be a filter for stopping some unwanted/uncensored websites in cyber cafe(s). It may sound odd, but in the name of modern society one cant afford to spoil the future generation.
very good step, you shouldnot allow public place like kissing, even dress code will be included, because now a days every where only sex (film, poster, newspaper) this is very bad for new generation, what you have to hide that thing you showing openly means very bad, naturally mind will divert, now a days rape cases are gone up (we also reposible for that,we should stop from our home, if you are decent nobody will talk rubbish,they give respect also)upper class people have no problem, suffer only common people, show some good thing,like how to help others, worship, how to give respect to elders.(no need of giving sex knowledge instead of showing attraction thing show aids patient then people will come to know what will happen) sorry if i wrote anything wrong
