would be better....freedom to be in public is fine...but there sould be a line somewhere....kissing , perse in public...a park where say children/adolsescents of impressionbable age can watch is best avoided...i know, i kn ow..what of films? tv?...net?....i know...but one cant police everything..atleast we can control certain stuff...just because they are products of your copluation doesnt mean that u do so, in front of your kids, do u?
this shows that our indian police has not got any better job, they r not having the capacity to catch terrorists & they want to catch people kissing in public. Last but not the least, try to do the job which has given to u & not to create the job which was not introduced.
If movies with kissing and fondling are rated PG (or above), does it not follow that PASSIONATE KISSING in public places where children are allowed should be banned.
A peck on your partner's cheeks or even lips (for the more westernized) can not be clubbed with passionate kissing. Obviously, as children are not allowed in bars and night clubs - kissing there is not the same as in a public park.
yaa u can ban kissing bcoz very few people really kiss in india.it does not matter if it is banned or not.u can not ban holi bcoz the common people in millions celebrate it.kissing is also a celebration.a cute celebration of love.u can ban it all right.but it is a sin to ban kissing.i think kissing is cute.yaa i have not kissed anyone.but i want to.and in return being kissed.the society should be tolerant to an innocent act of love.
Ofcourse we r living in a cultured country,but also a very polluted & Crime based country.There are so many other issues which should be given priorities like bomblasts,rapes,kidnappings,robberies.Inspite of that doing such things like catching couples who are sharing there intimacy.As we are independent and can live freely,then why these issues..then why don't they fine charges people who show their skins in movies n all.aren't they spoiling our culture.If lip locking is indecent in public,but they should shoo them.make them leave the place,not that charge fine...After all it's not a CRIME.
