hi.. ur breakfast tipos are great but i dont have time to do even this as i have to rush off for work. so my breakfast consists of 1/2 litre of water before eating (which i have while getting dressed),then i have half a lime juice, with one teaspoon of honey added to one cup of water, while making my lunch for office, and then i sit down to eat my breakfast which is 100g of cornflakes and skim milk (abt half a cup).. i have my breakfast at 7 30 am.is this a good enough breakfast? once i get to office i have 2 wheat bran crackers at 10 am and then have lunch at 1 pm. is this good enough?
Mam i worked in a call center for 2 mnths and my whole eating schedule gt changed now i have left the job and again my timings have changed to normal but iam facing digestion problems as i eat anything i start getting Burbs and gastro prob can u help me out with this problem
