Rather they are taking benifit of this. Year after year being backward class they have accumulated lot of wealth and their childrens are now taking admission in top management, engineering and medical colleges even after having foreign education. On other hand a brahman even after struggling hard cannot put his child in good college or school by taking such facility enjoy by SC ST. Friends its high time we should raise our voice on equality...equal rights for all...rather giving them extra facilities to them we r keeping this racism live till date.
In spite of resevation, Brahmin prooves them selves that their talent is haridatory and they are alwayas like by the organisation, who wants intelligent & talented people. Even in India, the top brains are Brahmin
Like SC,ST,Backward reservation Brahmins have the right to get that type of reservation.
If the government doesn't give such type of reservation then we(i.e-all brahmins society) should not give our precious vote to anyone. Because, the government isn't meant for Brahmins that's why our vote also not meant for government.

EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS WHY ALL THE DEPARTMENTS IN GOVT HAVE MISERABLY FAILED ? WHY MAXIMUM CORRUPTION HAS BEEN THE MAIN FEATURE OF ANY OF THE GOVT DEPT ? ITS MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE RESERVATION. MAJORITY OF THOSE WHO GET JOB DUE TO RESER.NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT ARE THE PAINS IN SEARCHING FOR A JOB. EFFORTLESSLY THEY GET JOB & THEN THEY OPEN UP & RUIN THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT. THIS COUNTRY WILL NEVER IMPROVE IF THE RESERVATION IS NOT ABOLISHED. RESERVATION SHOULD BE THERE BUT ON THE BASIS OF ECONOMIC CONDITION.

what nonsense? how does reservations make people corrupt? i dont understand the logic here. Let me put up one theory here. It is tough to get jobs in govt for higher caste people, so they pay lot of bribe to get job in govt offices and as they pay huge bribes, they start earning back money they spent and thats becasue corruption exists in india. so make a rule where no higher caste people get job in govt?? Well its not true for both the cases,the one which u mentioned and one which i told, corruption is totally different to reservations.

It was not the duty of Brahmins to give education to others. If Brahmins did not give education to you, why you did not educate yoursself.
There can be no reservations for brahmin fellows.. rather the andaman and nicocab islands can be given to them as a seperated state for brahmins in India. It can be called the brahmin state, there they can do what ever they want to since they'll have 100% reservation.

Bloody fool, don’t ever even think about it. 60 years ago Israelis were given a piece of wasteland (1/5 of size compared to Andaman & Nicobar Islands) with 7 hostile neighbours. Look what they are now!!! If you segregate Brahmins from India, you are actually raising a new super power. Today if you see, from education to technology, bureaucrat to businessmen, farmer to fighter (Armed Forces), public sector to corporate, Everywhere Brahmins are on topnotch positions. Even if this tiny 7% of reservation is not considered, Brahmins will always rule the world with their brainpower and not brute power.
See Karunanidhi and his family members, Molakkaran Jaadhi (drummer caste) very lowerst caste in Tamil Nadu, and similar like people can enjoy reservation with lot of money, why can't Brahmin (except creamy layer) priest, and other poor brahmins can't get reservation?

Lets say there was a guy who was very rich and inherited lot of property form ancestors and he spent everything with in a year. now he is broke and poor, do u think he should get reservation??

Absolutely right..The Dravidian movement has sidelined both and promoted the interests of the BCs and violent minorities who are esentially the oppressor classes.
Either Resevation should not be there at all or else if it is there then it should be on the basis of fianacial siutation rather than on caste/religion.
Congressian like Gandhi,Nehru,Rajiv Gandhi,and their family members and other politican like Arjun Singh,Chandrashekahr,V.P Singh. These people have ruined India ont he basis of reservation

I agree!! Reservation itself highlights the Castism. I don't know how earlier people saw benefit by providing reservation everywhere. Best is to help those poors (low income level) with necessary help on food and education.
