What have all these Guys grown on reservation IN TN has gven back to their own? I know a SC Whos a Engineer, her SIster is Engineer -PG,His Brother a Doc.His fatehr a Engineer...Now this Guy went out of India.. Most of his family on abroad now.
These people- who come up solely be Reservation not give something back..atleast to their communities? Once they get well settled, Should they not pay a small token tax to form a Corpus for Social welfare of their backward society atleast? or Should there not be any limit on unmber of persons or atleas generation to enjoy this Reservation? or should they not be barred to fly out or reimburse when they fly out for the Reservation subisdy spent on them, ?or atleast those of them from now on atleast barred from reservation??

true, its well said, i've no issues on reservation (though i am also a victim of it) but the criteria should be economic condition and not caste in any case. i can also predict one day kids from that guy come to india, get enterred into IIT/AIMS/IIM (purely on the basis of reservation) and go back like their parents did
Now the situation is changed. Backward class peples are in a better position that the 48s. Now it is the time for demolisjing the reservation system.As the backward class in reservation system, they never come up in better position. All caste are treated equally. If reservation system is neede(For political parties) they can think about to the lower income peoples. but the politcians never do it. They act acordingly the vote bank. Avoid criminals from politics. Then country will grow. Voters please take a dicision not to caste voe for criminals and convicts.

Yes we wont or participate in voting to all dirty paraties are giving they agenda which is full of bc / sc /st / etc people, they are the main cause to corruption
he set a perfect example of how politicians should behave in a democratic country, unfortunately his acts were not digested well by his own party. he also has a point that general class should get reservation and i strongly support him on that. he is right that what happened many decades ago should not be considered to outcast particular community or class. we definitely need many such politicians if we are really hoping to count ourselves in top tier countries !! great job sir

Mr Vinod, there is no point in talking about the past history. What is happening now? When backward castes wanted come up through reservation and by other means, there was not much of opposition from upper castes whereas when Scheduled Castes demanding for equal rights even in temples, the backward castes do not have the mind to allow SCs inside the temples. Again and again the haves in the backwards and SCs continue to derive benefit out of reservation policy. Even poor in these communities do not get chance
Why reservation is there in only govt sector ? Because Private sector will not accept it .
Majority of the polulation in this country is still illiterate, divided in to different casts. The govt sector which is undisputedly ruled by political parties use this sector to FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL poor illiterate population. In the process the effeciencly level of all the govt sector has gone to dogs, The main problem of this country is not caste/religion but it is Politicians may it be Corporaters, MLAs, MPs, Ministers.
Even in this LS election almost all the political parties have adhered to caste system & nominated their candidates.
Illliterate poor indians unfortunately impose hopeless govt on others.

The reservation has not brought the equality even after 61 years of independence, because reservation has only become tool of populism in the hands of politician to woo backward community(BC) vote banks. Only educated and wealthy among the BC got the fruits while for the most of the BC it is still a distant dream. It's hightime government should change the yardstick for reservation, it should be based on economic condition rather than caste or religion and reservation should be phased out in time bound manner.
Grave worshippers came to India though Bay of Sindhu and spread it by sword. they must be converted back to XHHinduism to make peace in the country and the world.

Better will be to kick them out of our holy country-Hindustan, with a dole in the form of enhanced haj subsidy.
Better late than never at least sv shekhar relaised his mistake... let him not now further add to the fire by seeking brhamins reservations. what brahmins need is only reservation for economically back ward....better still go only by merits for all

Till now dalits are being discriminated in india bcoz of brahminical evil ideas.dalits are treated worst than insects in hundooism.thats why majority of them are conveerting to other religions.it is better for them that way

Did anyone from this era has done so ?? infact u are enjoying reservation when nothing really has happened to you !! and we are burning our asses because few from higher castes have committed mistake a century ego. i know nothing is going to change for us illiterate uncivilised low caste people like u (i wonder how people in india love to call themselves low caste) will sit on our head

mr. vinod vinod.....in which century r u living...u people get all the benefits provided by vote hungry politicians and still u people r not happy with it???how much r u going to divide india on basis of this caste system.even dr. ambedkar had said that the reservation system should be only for first 10 years so that dalits can have time to be independent and raise their socia status ...but u people insteat of doing so r becoming more and more greedy...dont divide india we need to be united at this time . support people who want to abolish caste system
