Very well said! keep it up! Resevations are for the lowest forms of human existence. Hindus do not need them!
Sad part is persons who imposed reservations go to non-quota Doctors for treatment-like the louse VP Singh and others.

it is not about only reservation that you want or not but also about respect.
I agree as shekhar said that any community (here brahmins) not be sidelined/punished for whatever happened 50-60 years ago. there are plenty of examples where 3-4 generations (10-12 people) have taken reservation benefits. i think if a father get reservation then his children should not get. we want to end this reservation while politicians for their own benefits (vote bank) want to continue resevations.
and finally if even a particular community/Family is getting reservation for last 50 years tehn even they are capable then politicians should think about Country. because this country does not belong to only one particular community.
best idea to reduce reservation is: All politicians who are supporting reservation 1. they should be provided treatment by reserved category doctors in hosptals. 2.Their houses should be constructed by reserved category engineers.

If any reservations is implemented then it should be deviided to all casts!!...then all institutions will run on quota basis..Every cast v will get below poerty line; so y not Brahmins.!!As everbody says Brahmins comes under 'A' class. But where is the definition of 'A' class.

she is the biggest begger , as she is begging in front of brahmin in U.P. So stop saying any thing about the brahmin , if anti brahmin have guts ,then come to fight the brahmins on the merit . But they cant ,as they r begger & take the help of reservations.......
I think there should not be any reservation for any caste .. This discrimination is spoiling the entire community .. Social equality will be felt in real sense once this system is removed. Priority on basis of knowledge , experience , education should be given ..
actually brahmins doesnt want any reservation. they are capable to competate with any other fellow indians. But here the concern is you make more than 60% for reservation then how come general category ppl will get in remaining less than 40%. One more thing is why reservation is required for minorities like muslims/xians. It is just vote bank politics. So we have to remove the reservation system. Now a days all the castes are developed. in all the castes rich/poor ppl are there. If reservation is needed that should be fully based on individual financial statu not on caste/religion. First remove the reservation for muslims/xians that is in some states.

yeah in andhra they are trying to give reservation but the high court rejected the order saying reservation cannot be given on religious grounds.

I continously reading GITA. It never says that he is a brahmin, he is a sustra , he is vaishyas etc., It only says those are using brains are brahmin, those are using shoulders ie, braveness are sathryas etc., those who working hard are susthras; and also depends on sathviga, rajo, thamas characters of the mind and soul. Only man, for his conveninace, divided the human community. So Mr. Sekar Your request is good but slightly change to economicaly poor community. This is not only for you, the people who are all talk about the reservation.

go to a priest in temple and give the same sermon, ask him to invite a shudra to his home for dinner. the day u can convince this to happen i will feeel that our caste system is just for the sake of professionalism

Hi Dinesh, Do you promise to accept that the caste system has changed?Well then let me tell you,being a brahmin myself, we have a maid who is a Shudra.On the pooja day she came with her husband and we offered them food.
People should realize that by following the practices what Dravidian and Makkal Katchi followed is not going to work in coming future.One has to come to national level politics if he really wants to do for his or her people.Let Nation knows that such and such city or district is also there in India from TN which has not seen development apart from explotation in the name of vote bank and reservation. It seems that it should be a "Wake Up" Call for TN peoplt to decide whom to vote and whom to not for making there future bright and development across the state with respect of agriculture, Energy, many more sector where TN,AP,Kerala are lagging behind comapred to other state. Make a slogan it is "One Land, One People & One Law" TN is not a separate country what your politician says... Wake UP

In the present scheme of things, the most affected people are from Brahmin Community. Unless they study well and score good marks and go perhaps upto Masters Degree level, they do not have a chance of getting a job, more so in Govt. This is a community that suffers in silence, although most of them are law abiding and very adjusting with other communities.
Sir, reservations should be there, but it not to community.
it must be based upon the income .
Poor people of any community whether BC/OC/MBC/SC/ST can be given reservation.
i will give one example, i am a BC poor guy , i wrote ITS exam , eventhough i got 89.98 % marks, i not able to get the Posting.
But a ST guy who was well riched by his father, that his father was a bank asst manager and his mother was also a staff of cpsu. he got only 23% marks, he got the Posting of ITS.

Now a days politicians irrespective of Party ideology play caste and communal politics to gain maximum votes. As a matter of fact they don't have any sympathy or obligation towards the electorate and once a candidate is elected to the Assembly or Parliament, his or her life is well secured. Our present generation leaders should know that poverty and hunger have no caste or community. So after six decades of independence, the reservation policy should be amended and all citizens irrespective of caste, creed and religion should get equal opportunity in education and employment. The only way to achieve this goal is reservation to all deserving persons purely on the basis of economic status.
If the purpose of reservation is to give equal oppurtunities to the poor, then reservation should be based on annual family income. Why cast is choosen? Shows how politically motivated our country's growth plans are.
