The Tamil National Army also known as the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) were formed after the failure of many years of peaceful demonstration by Tamil leaders in order to win their freedom from the successive Sinhala majority governments, which showed no concern for the Tamil grievances. Under the leadership of Mr. Velupillai Pirabakaran, the LTTE was founded on May 5, 1976 to achieve what had become unachievable by peaceful methods in over 28 years. Since then, the LTTE has grown out to be a massive army with the whole hearted support of the Tamil people and now has thousand of brave soldiers, with a Naval wing that has become a formidable one in the sub continent. And as the racist policies of the successive Sinhala governments subjects the Tamil civilians to more and more hard ships, the LTTE has become the army that the Tamil people can look up to in order to put an end to all the troubles and win back the Tamil's homeland, Tamil Eelam.
Vinod-you are right Brahmins were advisors to Rulers & Business houses & their advises were accepted by noble people based on their merit. BRAHMINS DID GIVE ONLY CORRECT ADVISES. But today even to get seat in educational institution or secure a job, Brahmins are unwanted because Top Bosses in Govt are Non Brahmins & they do not want wise & straight advises. Top Bosses want to make money & thats possible only when one has dumb fools around. THERE WAS NO CORRUPTION WHEN BRAHMINS WERE IN TOP POSITIONS & CORRUPT POLITICIANS COULD NOT DIGEST IT BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT MAKE TONS OF UNACCOUNTED MONEY WHEN BRAHMINS WERE IN TOP POSITIONS. ONE INSURANCE CO TOP MANAGER COMMENTED THAT "WHEN BRAHMINS WERE MANAGING THE SHOW, NO FALSE CLAIMS COULD BE ENTERTAINED BUT NOW WHEN RESERVED CATEGORY OFFICIALS HAVE COME IN, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. IMAGINE WHAT IS THE INCREASE IN THE PREMIUM FOR AUTOMOBILES. IT IS INCREASED 50 TIMES IN THE NAME OF MORE CLAIMS. BUT WHY NOT LOAD THE PREMIUM FOR THOSE WHO MAKE FALSE/FREQUENT CLAIMS? WHY CHARGE EVERYONE? WHEN VEHICULAR POPULATION IS INCREASED BY 10,000 TIMES IN INDIA & INSURANCE MADE MANDATORY, WHY INSURANCE COMPANIES NEED TO INCREASE PREMIUM? THATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAHMIN MANAGED COMPANY (GOVT OR PVT) & RESERVED CATEGORY MANAGED. ACCEPTED THERE SHOULD BE RESERVATION FOR EDUCATION & JOBS BUT WHY MEDICINE, ENGINEERING, IAS, IPS, IRS ETC? JOB IS REQUIRED FOR THEM BUT NOT IAS, IPS ETC UNLESS THEY HAVE QUALITY. THEY CAN GO FOR ORDINARY COURSES & JOBS

At least in west people in open oppose racism. See here in India, they are so mindful of there superior race. How would you protect dalits who are undernourished for years and cant have the same capability. Should these people then just secede from India, or should they continue to remain in the filth.

You are very good in selecting words that will really make people believe what u say is 100% correct. But reservation is not beggary item that SC/STs are getting from you guys. They are not stealing from your rights. Govt has fixed a quota for their upliftment and you have no rights to divide that quota until the last sc/st who can get courage and justice is able to write reply to your mail. So you all brahmins pls wait until the society attain the equality in all socio, cultural, politico, psychological spheres. Take the percentage of the brahmins in India. It is less than 0.3%. Take the percentage of people who occupy the top post in Indian organisation. It is 53%. How did it happen? Since reservaton is in books you are talking about it. But you brahmins' favoritism, biased behaviour in the organisation has no proof. You guys do it without the notice of other people because u r trained and expert in such a behaviour. And the Manu dharma says no brahmin is entitled to rule a country, organisation or any social body. If top bass is a brahmin the organisation will go to dogs soon. It is written in Manu Dharma. Take the case of TN Sheshan.. He made lot of havoc when he was CEC.He behaved as if he was the supreme power. And you brahmins claim that the country was corruptionless when you were ruling. Bullshit. Tkae the case of Keerthi vasan, ex GM of railways. He looted crores of rupees. Don't bolster urself dear. U R CORRUPT.

Dear Ravi, u rwide off the mark when u r saying that only brahmins r corrupt. SOme of them or majoirty of them might and we wont defend them. But what about others? Lalu Yadav, Mayawati, Ramvilas Paswan, Shibu Soren were they all brahmins? Rnt they corrupt? Are all non-brahmin bureacrats not corrupt? Dont u pay bribes to non-brahmins? And we r not following manusmriti today so we dont bother if it says brahmins cannot rule. Manusmiriti advocates concept of dalits and we have rightly rejected it. Same way, we should allow brahmins to rule, see thier performance and retain only if they are good. As far as reservation goes, the policy is going to divide country. A person who becomes class-i officer by reservation and still seeks reservation for his family is worthless. There must be some limit to it. Politicians have made the system so dangerous that people are not minding about extending a begging bowl to seek them. In Maharashtra, Maratha caste rules education, cooperative banks, sugar factories and politics but is seeking reservation and threatening to burn state if demand is not met. Please, stop the system at once. COnsider economic state as only criteria. And dont target any particular community may it be brahmin or muslims.
The reservation should only be for poor community.Reservation should be strictly on the base of poverty not on the base of community. It's really ridiculous that some political party have patented Muslims as their vote bank,some to Shivaji Maharaj,some to Dalit & every one fight for their reservation.
GIVE RESERVATION ONLY TO POOR.ALSO NO STUDENT SHOULD GET CONCESSION IN PERCENTAGE OF MARKS FOR THE ADMISSION INSTED THE POOR STUDENTS SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED BY GIVEING CONCESSIONS IN ADMISSION FEE,TUTION FEE ETC..

You have superficial knowledge of social injustice and appropriate intervention strategies by a welfare state.When people are so much obsessed with their high caste what do you expect. You won't let lower caste men sit along side with you even if he has money in his pocket. Reservation is to solve a social issue and not an economic issue. How many of us agree to get their sons and daughters married to a low caste boy or girl. If you start doing that there will be no 'PURE' thing and every one would be equal. If you can't do that then stop writing here as reservation is going to continue and nothing can be done about it. Lets not waste time on this.

reservation cannot solve this problem. The problems lie else where. I read about a case where a BC middle class boy who married a rich SC girl against the wishes of the girl's family was killed as her father wanted her to marry a rich boy of his own caste. This appeared in the Tamil Press about a few years back. Thus this is a social problem in which caste is only one issue and not the only issue

You are right Ramesh. Reservation has been in the system for more than 50 years now. I don't see any upliftment in the lives of low caste people in general, still they are what they were 50 years back. Where is the social justice.
The existing form of reservation is most objectionable and breaking societies of Indian Demoracy. As, this has been made weapon to obtain chair by the Congress since inception. This weapon should be destroyed immediately in the wider public interest of the Nation. Also, the reserved castes are misusing this gift of Congress.

for SC/ST/OBC/Muslims completely and it should be replaced with reservations for Brahmin for 100%. These people should be get work according to their skills, knowledge, and caliber! Their bosses should be Brahmin.
the only way the reservation can be fully implemented is to make it income based. no people will like to have poor salary and it all fully accountable.
