Upto you VinodVinod. I love India. I love Hinduism. I love being a Brahmin which for me means hard honest work towards the Supreme. I love that I am a vegetarian and dont have to kill helpless Cows and Lambs for food. Vinod Vinod get out of that old British slave mentality. Looks and try to study India's and Indian;s history of 500o yrs if possible...dont keep on blaming Brahmins an Hindus in general for e;thing bad. Things are bad because you percieve it. sir, while your message is quite valid, being a brahmin, i dont think we need reservations. We have for a while now. accustomed to the tough road for us, and we indeed, have risen above the challenge. i secured 96% in my 2, and still was denied a medical seat. In spite of that I am excelling in my field of microbiology, and by god's grace, doing well. We dont need any affirmative action. We should believe in the philosophy, when the going gets tough, the tough get going.
Brahamins should be given reservation on the ground of merrit cum commitment for public service.By denying them natural jusice and fair share for public service , the nation will be deprived of quality and mediocracy will be on the throne.I hearily congratualte S.V. Reservation is only for trains not for brains,unless we stop caste based reservation,we cannot take our country forward,we welcome free education for all poor people and scholarships for economically backward students.
