India are not lucky. The previous winners are allocated an easy group according to rules.

MSD must avoid 1st Down
by jeeva ananth on Jun 07, 2009 02:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

MSD now a days not playing what he capable of, due to responsibility in his shoulder, he is not showing ny aggresive mood in batting, In IPL also he came 1st down & pulled off the runrate.. there are somany young guns like Raina, Yuvi & Yousuf are there to hit ball out side the stadium. if They fails then MSD can come & play the same game what he is playing in 1st down now, because he is only taking singles and twos (getting score of 20 of 21 ball like that)Am i right with this opinon

He is a terrific captain and knows to win matches from any situation. Also his presence of mind in the field is mindblowing; the way he got Van der merwe runout during one of the IPL matches. As far as his batting is concerned, there is not much to worry as long as he is scoring these 20s and 30s. On his day he can turn any match in our favor single handedly

Anoop Brother u r saying that his presence of mind in the field is mindblowing. I agree with u but that is also possible when he plays at no. 6th position. & u r saying abt when he got run out Van Der Merve. My Dear this was happen when he is in fielding not in batting.
And why u forgot his Semi-Final inning in IPL2009. so slow just made 29 runs in 30 deliveries. u can't afford like that in 20-20's. so Anoop he is a great player but he is not in touch of 20-20's Byeeee

Hi, MSD did the right thing to come for 1st down only bcoz to keep wicket alive for sometimes and he know final overs may wicket fall still there will be batting dept that 's what it happened.
