FINALS-CHENNAI VS RAJASTHAN
by shobhit singh on May 11, 2009 12:33 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

have no doubt folks, chennai and rajasthan will play the finals unless rajasthan is outclassed by the presence of viru and mcgrath in delhi team, and any which ways chennai will win for sure, and we shall be proud of its win as it has our very own INDIAN CAPTAIN in MSD,unlike SRK's pathetic team where in India's most successfull captain ever till date after MSD is being tried to be disgraced by got having the captaincy.god curse SRK,amen

Saurabh, u need to get the stats right... You are either a die hard anti Dhoni or a novice to the world of cricket. This is very well reflected in your statement. I dont need to explain/justify Dhoni. Everything is crystal clear about him. Dont just write anything just for the sake of writing.

In another way all the memeber of KKR is pathatic.
Ganguly made 148 from 9 matches with averedge of 21.14 which still not a good record.

Its a shame for KKR to be in this state.. Its not the fault of anyone but the team is not at all well poised, no proper bowling line-up.. Missing Shoaib Akhtar..

KKR is under pressure due to its owner SRK's unneccesary politics by handing over the captaincy to brenden mcculam which was more suited in the hands of saurav ganguly, who apparantly is india's most successfull and an honerable man.god curse SRK.

Honesty If I was in place of SRK I would have not choosen Ganguly.
This is 20/20 and I expect player like Dhoni, Yuvraj, pathan who can not only make run fast but also make run fast.
The botton line is Ganguly and Tendular both should step aside and give chance to the youngester.

Semi Finals
by rajan r on May 10, 2009 11:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The most probable points table before Semis.

1. Delhi (Max possible points - 24)
2. Chennai (21)
3. Hyd (20)
4. Raj (19) / Punjab (18) / Mumbai (17). 4a. Only a miracle can bring Mumbai to 4th place
4b. Raj will continue its losing streak. Kamran Khan will be missed a lot.
4c. Punjab has more certainity after Brett Lee's addition

Semi1: Delhi vs. Punjab..... Delhi wins
Semi2: Chennai vs. Hyd..... Chennai wins

Final: Delhi vs. Chennai.... who will win?

Delhi has lost only 2 matches. One match was with Chennai due to Sehwag's absence.

If Sehwag had played they would have lost it miserably. I'm not abasing Sehwag, but he is not in form.
David Warner did things for Delhi , before a brilliant stumping from Dhoni costed his wicket.
CSK deserved a victory.

Its simple.. Raj has mathematical potential to make 19, but it is showing a losing trend after Kamran's exit... 19 will be difficult in this situation.

Punjab is showing victorious trend very recently.... has high probability to make it better than rajasthan..
