interesting finish...
by Timepass on May 18, 2009 10:49 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It could be a virtual quarter final on Thursday between Deccan Chargers & Bangalore for the 4th spot.
Both can still make it if Punjab & Rajasthan lose their last league match…

You can see all autralians are at top, s outh africans are second, srilankan at third and few indians in the good run. Sehwag and ganbhir a flop, yuvi staggering, sachin lost...not a good sign for forthcominh T20 world cup.

yep.. but the way yuvraj, raina, rohit sharma, patan's are bowling it looks like india will be going with 10 bowlers for the T20 worldcup.. but not sure how effective their spin will be in England..!

both three are once in indias - mind , base & back bone.

& now we can't say about dravid(RCB),b'coz RCB have two matches remaing.
if they have won his both matches then they got third position on the top.

to fir soch samajh kar commment karo bache!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IPL 2 Indian players Vs Non indian players.
by Amarjeet Singh on May 17, 2009 01:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If we analyse the performance of Indian players in IPl it would be clear that inspite of our payers demi god like status their performance is very poor. The Ist five categories of playing facorts like highest wicket taker, maximum sixer/Fourer, highest strike rate, and man of the match awards ets have overwhelmingly gone to non indian players. Not only that only Indians are emotionalyy watching & supporting the teams said to represent different regions etc.Can we not think that inspite of being INDIAN PREMIUM LEAGUE the indians are being drubbed by the non indians and we are enjoying this drubbing.

Amarjeet,
Why are ppl like u so pessimistic? Indian players hitherto unknown are making a name for themselves by playing with/against foreign players. Dont you think it is a good oppurtunity for the indian younsters?

no one against any one. all teams supported by bollywood/celebrity would lose. srk, preity, mallya and shilpa should not own any teams. last year rajasthan won as they did not have any bolywood moron as their owner. let it be a lesson.
