Match Fixing
by Ram CS on May 19, 2009 06:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Big brokers does not bet on Winning and loosing. So it is very difficult to find if the match is fixed.

The betting goes in similar to the below way.

Who is the next batsmen out.
Dismissal method (Runout, Caught, Bowled...)
Runs in 5 or 6 or ... over
etc.

For more information visit ladbrokes, betfair etc sites. These sites provides legal betting.

I am still finding a way to bet from india. These sites dont allow indians to Bet.

I've been following these sites for a long time. I can assure you, its good money. I am sure most of the indians are well knowledged on cricket than share market, so you can easily double your money in minutes.

hey guys the question of fixing will always be there as sometime incertainity in cricket makes us think on those lines.. but look at the craze it has developed in south africa. those watching epl mus be knowing the craze with which they supprot it.

it's our EPL !!! and BCCI must be applauded for the success and making it such a hugely popular show. bye

this is not true. If Hyderabad, Punjab and Bangalore wins their remaining matches then they will all have 16 points 1 point more than Chennai so its not guranteed that Chennai will qualify for Semis.

Hyderabad and b'lore play each other in last match. So no way they can finish at eight wins each. That is also the reason why CSK has already qualified for semis

Eventhough rajasthan win the next match, it will get only 2 points, so total is 15, in that case based on NRR there is a chance for CHENNAI team to get semis

Even if CSK looses to KXI, they can still make it to Semis (as it will be nearly impossible for RR to go ahead of CSK in Run rate). However, CSK will like to win against KXI. Otherwise, they might end up in fourth place & need to face DD in Semis which they will obviously try to avoid.

Here some people are just fighting on the message board, without any reason,
by the way mr. sweet orange if you are serious with your analysis then you dont know what is cricket, the way you have analysed shows that you are still in the era of test cricket, this is 20/20 here everything will happen as there are limited overs.

You are right perhaps. Dont question my knowledge about cricket. For me Sachin is God and I cant see Mumbai Indians lose matches which it should have won comfortably. Its a classic case of "Sour Grapes" and it is only frustration that is coming out. So all you people dont mind Ok!!!!

I am with u sweet orange.
I am also a diehard fan of sachin & very disapointed after MI exit. That also after loosing two close matches which they should have won. hard luck for 2nd time.
Anyway after exit of MI, now i am supporting DC as I like gilly/rohit Sharma -two extremely talented guys with down to earth attitude.

Match Fixing
by sweet orange on May 19, 2009 02:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

IPL and Lalit Modi are taking the people of India for a ride. It is clear that few of the matches were fixed. Example: 1)Strong batting side like Mumbai cant even chase 120 @ 6 runs/over against not so strong punjab attack minus bret lee. 2) Mumbai cant score 4 runs from 6 balls and a bad bowler like munaf patel concedes only one run that over whereas he goes for nothing less than atleast 12 runs/over usually. 3) Deccan needed only 4 runs in 5 balls and Rohit sharma throws away his wicket as if he doesnt know how to play and with 5 wickets still in hand deccan cant manage to score just 4 runs in last over. 4) Non regular bowlers like rohit sharma and yuvraj singh take hatricks repeatedly as if it a joke for them. 5) Teams do well till the 18th over and suddenly they throw away the game to the opposition. Teams have been losing from winning positions and winning from losing positions. Such things happen in cricket but not as frequently as they have happened in IPL 2. So guys watch IPL only for time pass and dont get sentimental like the people of Mumbai did during Mumbai - rajasthan match which was certainly fixed. Jayasuriya batted as if he is new to International cricket!!!!

But think that when a international match

At first we will stop international fixing then ipl.
