the problem is that the rest of the 6% were directed against indians at particular times. worse still his 94% counts whatever was probably not disputed (meaning, all those decisions that were unchallenged).
he made a record of first umpire in the world cricket history to check with ricky ponting for the decision. he might had a good dinner in pont's home that night :D ...
If BCCI used financial clout to ouster Bucknor , then it's for the goodness of the game only. Why to maintain a guy who doesn't even know the basics of a game. How many times will he repeat the same mistake over and over again ???That tooo particularly aginst India ???? BCCI shud have done this earlier may be 5 yrears back.... Getout of the cricketing world itself man rather than being a cry baby ...
But it refused it seems ... and he made the mistakes in the matches and now he is crying... Stupid people.. David Shepherd is the best... Steve Bucknor should beg before him....

anyday! david's the best even with his attitude. and also bird was also fine. steve was fine until he went berserk towards the later half of his career. right now taufel seems to be a good man.
I cant say the decisions against India were intentional. It would more likely to be coincidence. However it happened so many times and at so many crucial times, we couldnt take it beyond a point. And its not a huge ask to have an umpire out of the equation if a team has doubt on him. And also he is a bit hyped umpire and probably didnt deserve to have a such a long career. Probably because there was no other good umpires from West Indies.
