Steve was hyped as a genuine umpire beacuse he stood as umpire for 5 world cup finals. The reason for the same was, his country west indies never played any of the final or semifinal( Except 1996) world cup. They had to keep an umpire whose nation was not playing in final. He used to decline genuine appeal. Was fairly bad about his LBW decision. Mr Steve, no point blaming the BCCI for your incompetency. Because world has seen you faulting over and over many times on TV replays.
