The video coverage clearly shows complete lack co-ordination and planning. That the perpetrators simply walked away without even been stretched is proof enough for the world to see. The poor policemen who were killed were mostly escorting the bus and were not exactly in a position to provide cover from hard core terrorists. There were no advance road clearance, no backups or swift counter attack. It could have been pretty worse had all the grenades detonated. Pakistani board must accept this instead of deflecting the issue or trying to hide it's shame and guilt under Mr. Board's remarks.
