Cricket tours will resume shortly in Pakistan? Hah what a joke. Who is he referring to? A Taliban team touring Pakistan? Who else will want to go there?
This is an illustration of the self-denial that plagues Pakistan today. The sooner they do themselves a reality check and take measures to cleanse themselves of the militant cancer, the better for them. Else, Pakistan will degenerate quickly into the epicenter of the apocalypse.
Pakistan will be wiped out of map by 2011... now where is the question of they co-hosting the world cup. They no more deserve to be on earth anymore (lol). ICC should ban pakistan from cricket for 4 years... They should not be allowed to play any more.. !! Once ICC does it then no one will take secuiry so easy in future for visting foreign teams.
dont worry the pakis will host match in UAE,sponsered by UAE and played by the rouge nations ,and even if they loose in a match ,as we know they will blame INDIA
Our elders are the culprit, they put the seed of hatefulness in the name of religion... so now the Hindus seeing Islams as enemies and same vice verse.. and also the Islams seeing the whole world other than Islam or even their community as enemy ...etc..etc.,
But the result is the whole SOuth Asia is cursed with non peace, violence, poverty and unsecured...
I am from TN and now working in singapore... i am in high level management, i really sad to see that my colleges and our management saying they dont want to go india to invest or even as tourist ... they are saying the whole india is unsafe !! even though they know its because of pakistan.
So the result is our fellow Indians loosing opportunity, jobs, good health...etc., all these are called BRAND NAME...
So the BRAND NAME of India and south Asia is totally spoiled by these terrorism...
Well the attackers where Jihadi's so they will kill only non-muslims, so its better 1) Invite Bangaldesh, UAE, SAUDI ARABIA to play match so they will not attack
2) Also create cricket team for Afghanistan, Taliban etc....
Butt has closed his eyes to the truth.. but the bigger truth is that entire Subcontinent is unsafe. Ltte in Srilanka and terrorism in India and Pakistan. Pakistan has a terror attack twice a month and India has terror attack once a month. Why do we forget Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Guhati, Delhi, Mumbai,Bangalore. Except for jaipur all other places have had multiple attacks in the past. In terror attack in mumbai target could have been cricketers too.. So we should keep our eyes and mind open and accept the fact that the entire subcontinent is UNSAFE for visitors from the other parts of the world.. that is unless something drastic is done to stop the terrorism coming from Pakistan

ahmedabad, jaipur,mumbai, delhi,guhati, bangalore,malegaon etc all happened last year. you also donot like hearing the truth.
now pakistan should wake up or stop pretending to sleep and take punitive action to get rid of this mess it had created because of its religion. Or else the taliban will rule its country. What do u think will happen then. We will the have our first TPL - Taliban premier league and then all other countries will have to play there or else Mohamed speed will sanction our country. btw: mohamed speed will be the chairman of the TCC or taliban cricket council. all players will have to face mecca and pray before and after matches and if thats not done then there could be a cut in match fees and disciplinary action like finger chopping or toes tapering. the elite panel of umpires will use AK-47s to count each ball bowled, and they would count backwards from 6,5,4,3,2,1. a no ball will be signalled by shooting in the crowd on the right hand side and a wide ball will be signalled by shooting with to guns on either side. if the player shows discent ot doesnt walk after being given out, he will have bullet placed between his ears and that will be followed by drinks so that the player can be taken in the drinks truck to meet his 72 virgins. the tournament cup will be a nuclear capable missile or a champagne bottle filled with anthrax. here comes the messed up part. incase of a bowl-out in a tied t20 match, both teams will be given some guns and ammunition to finish it off. no tv broadcasting because , remember its a teli-ban
