He has become mad or what? Ganguly exlusion is not the right choice. He would have eliminate one of the bowlers and included him as he can contribute with the ball as well. I do not know who is controlling venki. Shaping up future Indian team is a good thought, but for that why we need to sacrifice Ganguly like player who has been doing very well. His recent statistics would speak for him. Not a good decision and there are all reasons for Ganguly to get upset. Senior players are driven out without any mercy. Not a good show. One more thing, venki has to answer Siddhu on his challenge as venki is answerable for Billion people in India for his wrong decision.
Let Kumble talk about the fate of One day matches too. He should not talk only of the timing of the selection just because it affected the morale of the players and thus the 4th test where he is the captain. he should talk about the blunder of the selection committee too as he is an international player of cricket..

Hhe would not care what happens to the ODIs. Why should he ? He will be happily at home, enjoying the fanfare of having created 'history'. His main worry as of now is the 4th test, hoping that the big guns dont screw up, and after that, to hell with the team and cricket for sometime :)

with due respect to your comments I would say that at the moment the whole country is focussing only on 4th test. It is natural for a captain to get concerned with whatever happens to the team members. A true cricket player like Kumble will never say to hell with the team even after retirement. that is for the common man.
