For Suresh Raina in every match he will score - 30 he will save from fielding - 20 net contribution - 50 and ganguly cannot contribute 50 every match, sohave Raina. not a bad idea at all
some time such an idea will cross his mind - Preity Zinta - old Kareena Kapoor - cant act Kangana - curly hair Priyanka Chopra - Junglee Billi, not fit for acting among humans etc etc so who should act in all the movies? and whom will she recpmmend for the role of the lead actor?

People who claim that Dhoni was selected by Ganguly is a lie. Ganguly wanted Rahul Dravid to do the donkey job of keeping in the tests. But during the Bangladesh ODI series in 2004, selection committee forced Ganguly to have Dhoni as a keeper. Ganguly fan would like everyone to believe that the whole world was actually created by Ganguly. But the truth is that Ganguly was actually created by Lord Dalmiya. He was continued as ODI captain even though during his time India had sunk to 7th ranking. Dhoni owes nothing to Ganguly, as simple as that.

Ever biting dogs never exists.But really astonished how the trio still exists.Hats up to Ganguly and Dravid for ur patience.As dhoni knows Kumble will lead Test team at least for a year so no place for him,so far one day team is concerned he is afraid that ganguly or dravid may snatch the captaincy then Yuvi or Sehwag leading from front. It clearly shows that rift has come in the time after ganguly is left out. Infact newspapers say that Vengsarkar rooted for Ganguly but Dhoni and Yuvraj were strongly against him. It is ganguly who brought Yuvraj into the team and when he was asked to be left out, Ganguly saved him and this is waht Yuvraj does in revenge of he not playing in tests. Moreover Dhoni's keeping has always been questionned and Yuvraj after injury has never been as agile as before. Its ridiculous to see these guys calling the shots and selectors keepign quiet. Yuvraj neways is busy with other interests rather than cricket

U R wrong. Inclusion of somebody in team should not depend of personal favours, but in the interest of team as a whole. If Ganguly did something good for yuvi or somebody else, this does not mean that that fellow must always support him. What Dhoni & Yuvi did, if they did at all, is right.

u r right mr.vijay.it is not friendship where u can take and give money as and when u need.as a captain u got to choose the player u want and sack whom u dont want.It is all cyclic process. Wayback it is azhar who forced Vengsarkar to retire by keep ignoring him around 1991-92.In 1999, same rahul and ganguly along with captain Sachin (in 1999) stopped Azhar from touring australia even after indians white washed in test matches.Azhar was almost there before Sachin,saurav and rahul stopped him.(Ofcourse Azhar is a match fixer that is a different story).IT IS ALL CYCLIC PROCESS.TOMORROW ANOTHER YOUNGER PLAYER WHO BECOMES CAPTAIN MAY REFUSE BOTH DHONI AND YUVI WHO knows? the other main thing the sacking of ganguly is devoid of any cricketing logic and beyond anybody's understanding.
Most of our youngster dont have the right technique or guts to play good pacy attack in bouncy pitches.It was very clear in the recent odi series and tests against australia. Youngsters like dhoni, yuvraj, jaffer are complete failure in the aussie pitches. Even our tail enders like pathan, kumble, harbhajan, rp singh looks more confident than them. Dhoni should understand that there is a huge difference between T20 and ODI's.

Not only timing the selection itself is not ideal. This will happen only in india. In other teams like australia & sa the team is a blend of seniors and youngsters. in the present lot only sachin is having international standards. All the others are mere show pieces which some times glites along the stars. And not all glittering things are gold
It doesnt matters what record a player has against an opposition, what that matters is the current form of the player. Sourav has a very poor record against the aussies. But that doesnt mean that he cant score against them now.He is in good touch now. He played with great comfort against quality attacks under pressure at a good strike rate recently.The recent pakistan test series brought a huge change in his style. Now he is batting with a strike rate of around 80 to 90 even in tests. What thay would be crucial was the opening partnership between saurav and sachin. If they fires at the start of the innings as usual then it would be easy for others to carry on other wise there would be a huge disaster since the other batsmen like uthappa, dhoni, yuvraj are nor good in their technique as saurav.
Unless team India performs MISERABLY in the ODI tri series in Australia, this heralds a sad end to two GLORIOUS careers in ODI cricket for India. I do hope India does not rue....
