All said and done, the indian cricket team needs to pick these goodies from the aussies, a) the never say die attitude (9th wicket clark - johnson partnership did give a couple of goose bumps until Pathan redid his magic) and b) consistency of triumphs !
I being an ARDENT FAN of indian cricket team, wud surely not wana support anyone else, but then wat I wrote about picking up the good qualities does make sense. Ours has always been the BEST side... but on PAPER... under Kumble, insha allah it will gets transformed into consistent best on field as well.
And yeah... final couple of pennies from ma side wud be..... Kumble, please maintain your fitness for test cricket and continue for a couple of years... the team needs you :)

It is indeed sad that Kumble was made the captain so late in his life while the useless players like Ganguly got to captain for so long, courtesy Jaggu Da.

hmmm... true to an extent, but bhai, i wudnt discount the contributions of Ganguly for the team... I mean if it was not for him... Sehwag, Bhajji, Yuvi & Dhoni wud never have been a reality. Hope you agree partially atleast :)
