the aussies surely felt now how valuable hayden is in their batting lineup. without hayden the aussies never got a good start and as a result their fragile middle order was exposed to the swinging ball and under consistent pressure from the accurate indian pace battery they crumbled.
Hayden is one of the all time greats and his absence was the single most important factor that the aussies have lost the match.

Ya rest of the australian team is good for nothing. They are pathetic to even watch. Looking at actions of rest of the Australian team, it is clear that they are digrace on cricket world.

sir, are you sleeping or what?? what umpire decisions you are talking??? it was equal in this game. Umpired committed equal number of mistakes, couple of indian batsmen were given out when they were actually not out, same thing about australian batsmen.
In the previous match majority of the decisions went against India. That too at crucial time. Symmonds was given not out when they were in a horrible condition. He went on to score more than 150, do you understand what I mean?????
Out of all decisions about 85 % went against India in previous test, which is horrible. Not only our batsmen were given out also their batsmen were not given out. If umpires did better India would have been 2-1 up now in the series.
An umpire from elite panel was kicked out ( buckner the shame ) and do you think ICC will do that for joke??? No body including australians are criticizing umpiring in this match. If umpiring was bad australians would have made a very very big issue, but they haven't. Also everybody who watched this test know that umpiring was good and standard. They did equal mistakes. For example Sachin was unlucky to be given out.
this pitch in WACA,perth was NOWHERE as quick as it used to be. thats why even the aussied were decieved into playing shaun tait who later turned out to be a dud on this slow track. i believe there should be a reality check for all of us in that this win came about not on a fast bouncy pitch but under conditions much like our own.
had it been a real snorter of a track u would have seen a hell of a lot more overs from shaun tait who would have ripped the indian batting apart. Those singing praises for the indian team and deriding shau tait must first acknowledge the fact that this was a sub-continent type of a wicket.

a good bowler will be effective no matter where he bowls, and in what pitch condition he bowls. someone who needs to rely on a pitch is not a good bowler PERIOD. the much hyped-about aussie pace attack is in fact toothless. and the indian bowlers bowled on the same pitch, and they did rip the aussie batting line up.

Looks like people like you can never be happy. It is alright to look for sustained greatness, but that in no way diminishes this victory. Also any connoisseur of the game would state that Australia have won 15 straight matches, the win at Sydney was a facade.
its time the aussies too made noise like the indians did after the second test match and protest vehemently the horrible decisions symo, hussey got. Aussie bowlers were also denied a number of plumb LBWs which could have so easily changed the tide of the match.
But i know the aussies take the umpire's decision as final and in the true sporting spirit accept it as part of their fate. The absence of the verbal volleys by symo after being given out wrongly clearly illustrates my point.

its coming back a full circle. But yiu miss the point that dravid did not get many chances just one and sachin was not out just among the few decisions to be mentioned here.

Yeah & also complain about Tendulkar and Dhoni's LBW. Also complain about not giving Pointing out at least a couple of times when he padded diliberately and Hussey who could have been LBW on a couple of other occassions.
Now that India has won, the board members would like to continue their preferred players for another few years. There are lot of money at stake. What BCCI should do now is, to provide cricketing facilities for anyone interested in this game. It should also provide a platform for people in any nook and corner to show case their abilities. With more transparency in team selection and better code of conduct for players, we can scale new heights!
