Dhoni's ...forcibly given out...
by j v prabhu on Jun 13, 2006 01:55 PM  Permalink

What is that of the umpires could not make it out ...of the alleged catch out of M.S. Dhoni ;in this era of electronics..? It is rather ackward to the umphires of not giving the decission. It is up to ICC to take decission / make law ,as what has to be done in such a situation.
Any way we apprciate the tempo of the Indian team of taking in right spirit of the game.

No body can do anything when power is used
by Rajesh Dunna on Jun 13, 2006 01:55 PM  Permalink

Generally indian are habitual for judgements against them anywhere in the world whether in is west indies or pakistan or england or australia of Gulf countries. We inidan just take the decision and never fight against the wrong which make even it may be ICC to give always wrong decision against the players as well as the board. Why the BCCI is not fighting against all this odds and why is it keeping quite even though each and every indian as well as each and every official of the BCCI knows it. Have BCCI powers to fight against the wrong doing by the ICC or Match Refree or the Third Umpire. Or BCCI is only interested in earning more and more money by way of advertsing to show how rich is BCCI in world and even if we are rich we don't object the wrong doings against us. Players cannot fight against the Umpire as code of conduct is there. Is there any Code of Conduct for BCCI not to fight against the odds. Will now also BCCI wake up and fight for TEAM INDIA?

is the match refreee against India
by Mel on Jun 13, 2006 01:52 PM  Permalink

well, jeff crowe has in the past been unfair to India on quite a few ocassions, especially during the Ganguly days. His behaviour does not surprise me. But to hear ICC man, Dave Richardson's justification is indeed hilarious.

by Nagaraj on Jun 13, 2006 01:49 PM  Permalink

The ICC has been always following Double Standards when it comes to the subcontinent teams. How bout stopiing sponsoring them, and let them know who pays for their meals, whims n fancies.

Why they treat Indians down.
by Sachin on Jun 13, 2006 01:47 PM  Permalink

I dont understand why they treat us underplay. Even though we generate largest revenue and we now in the control of the game our officials always surrender them selves to ICC.
It is really harmful for Indian cricket to bow in front of them. In fact we should remember the Ranatunga(Shrilankan Captain) Defended Muthaiya Muralitharan, In Australia.
When Indians are going to have dignity? At least Ganguly last time attacked ICC for the Banning Sehwag in Oneday.
A lot more support expected from Indian team.

Just because of rain the match was drawn i dont think that lara did anything exceptional , we should have won it very easily.
