Your article is absolutely right. But it is still benign. The problem is MONEY. The whole of the Cricket world now is ruled by Indian money. It's the kind of money that Indian Cricket generates and the kind of money the Indian players make that causes the Jelousy. Plain Jelousy! We definitely have double standards when it comes to application of rules. Indians are punished in the most severe manner possible and others escape with MURDER! BCCI under Dalmia was at least a little more assertive. This Powar is a useless guy. He and the Selectors team lead by More the Moron are demolishing Indian Cricket.
Clearly ICC has been showing partiality to almost all non-asian cricketers! There is no sense in ICC telling they are hurt by others commenting on their prejudice! Indeed it is the other way round "Asian Cricketers and the ardent fans of Cricket are deeply hurt by the one-sided acts of ICC!"
The ICC decides the meaning of "DISSENT" depending upon the origin of the cricketer! Already a good number of incidents have taken place to illustrate their funny judgements!
It would not be exaggerating if the Asian Cricketing Countries(which enjoy the status of being quoted as the "HUB OF INTERNATIONAL CRICKET") sit and decide upon the formation of "ASIAN CRICKET COUNCIL" for the good and goodwill of all asian cricketers!
The formation of ACC will also keep the one-way functioning of ICC well under check! The funny remark of ICC that "top posts in ICC are being held by Asians" is of no use to anybody when they are being made to simply follow the decisions that had already been taken!

Looking at the number of instances where in WI players have been supported by the respected match refree and poor Indians have been caught on almost every action of theirs. They dont have right to appeal also. Biggest let off was that of Lara, even umpire Asad Rauf seems to have no problem with Lara, instead of the way he snatched the ball from him and took his own decision, when the umpires were still confused.

Sharad Pawar is busy with his local politics, with least concern in doing some thing good for BCCI. These people are just looking to grabing power but after coming into the power they just sit on the thing and people suffer because of these nonsense politicians. That is the whole problem in India.
The problem is not just the match refrees. It comes from the top, Malcolm Speed and Ehsan Mani. BCCI acts like a bully with ICC in getting what it wants when it comes to tournament venues, match schedules etc because of its power of sponsorship money and there has to be resentment in ICC top brass for BCCI's tactics. Take the 2011 World cup for example, how many deadlines did India miss for submitting the proposal on time, yet it still managed to get the tournament. In 2003 world cup BCCI forced ICC's hand to allow Indian players to wear logos of their own sponsors. ICC just takes out its frustrations against India on the field. Feel sorry for the player they are paying for BCCI's mistakes always.
