voting percentage and the party win
by Hemant Naik on Oct 13, 2009 02:40 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

looking at the percentage of voting in Maharashtra, it is sure that Congress will definitely win Maharashtra. If the voting is very low, every time and every state, the party which won the election is Congress. Because only poor people, villagers and uneducated have voted. They know only one party which is the hand. This is my observation for about 25 years now. If the percentage is more than 60, then congress will definitely will loose. Just watch and see. This is my personal observation for the past 25 years. More than 60% means even literates and those who are working in different industries and offices have also voted. They are the people who really decide a good government.

good government ? which BJP govt has given good govt to the people? do you mean to say all people in Mumbai, Delhi are illiterate and uneducated bcoz they have been electing Cong again and again. And do u also mean to say that all people in Jharkhand and Gujarat are highly literate. What a philosophy you old man in khaki knickers!!!!

@hashim - Gujarat and Jharkhand are much better governed than Maharashtra. Reason for Mumbai and Delhi voting Kangress is not illiteracy but ignorance of what Congress stands for (self-interest of Gandhi family and the West). People have been misled by the media as well.

It is sad that % of voting in Maharashtra is so low ... Is it to be considered that non-voting means voters are NOT happy with present Government ??? Low percentage is definately sad part in Indian Democracy... Jai Maharashtra

Why percentage of voting will be low before 3PM?.
by Praveen Goud on Oct 13, 2009 01:53 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why voting percentage in India before 3PM will be usually below 30% and reaches to 50% to 70% by the end of the day?. Is it due to rigging or distributing the votes by the end of the day?.

No... first of all...the perecentage figures are at least 1-2 hours behind. Plus voting actually picks up around 10 so the figures they give around midday are actually figures after only an hour or so of actual polling.
